Great service from my initial phone call to the plumber coming out to my house. I had an issue with my mainline being clogged and they were able to come out the next morning for service. The drain was cleared and they were able to use a snake with a camera and discovered tree roots in my pipes. This is a repair that will be doing ourselves, but he was able to tell me exactly where the problem is so it should be a lot easier to fix. Very professional and upfront with pricing which I thought was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them in the future if need be.

Mr. Rooter send an expert plumber for a clogged sewer line between our house and the street. The system was unclogged and we discussed how to keep this issue from reoccurring. We have used Mr. Rooter twice now and are very impressed with the company. The company is very polite, responsive, efficient and knowledgeable from the office staff to the technicians who come to your home. Recently we had Beau out to fix our plumbing issues and were very, very impressed with him and his work. This is an exceptionally well run business which seems to be hard to find these days. We hope it won't be soon, but we will call them first for all our plumbing needs.

I had a bit of a crisis today when I accidentally flushed this large plastic piece of a filter unit down the toilet while dumping dirty water from a carpet cleaner. (Don't do that by the way). Jason came and saved me. He was early due to being finished at a previous job earlier than expected. Almost had to buy a new toilet, but he saved me by calling in backup to manhandle this thing and showed the toilet who's boss. Very nice, authentic and didn't beat around the bush. He even fixed the toilet seat which was wonky from before. He deserves a raise. Thank you!

I needed a gas line moved over to allow space for the legs on a new range. After checking online reviews, I decided to give Mr Rooter a call. To my surprise, Cambria was able to schedule someone to come out the next afternoon. Jeff arrived on schedule, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and professional. The job was completed quickly, made sure the range heated up and cleaned up the work space. He actually vacuumed the area and wiped down both the range and the floor around it. Then he asked where the hot water heater was so he could check that the pilot light relit. It hadn't so he lit it and reset the temperature. He was incredibly thorough. Can't say enough about how great the service was. I'll be using Mr Rooter for all my plumbing needs.

We have used Mr Rooter twice. We live out of Madras. It is not easy to get service people or contractors to come out in a timely fashion, let alone quickly. Both times the office staff coordinated w the workers and was able to get us help quickly. What a relief when pipes are backing up,
The First time we had plugged lines and plumbing issues. Bo and Jeff came out. They were prompt, personable, and efficient.. Yesterday, Preston came out to rooter our bathroom lines. When it turned out that was not the issue he helped by talking w others in the company and giving us serval suggestions . One of which solved the problem. He called back to follow up.
Because of all the people we came in contact w th first time we called back the second time. Our experience was very positive both times.

Jeff has done so much for me over the years: kept my water heater alive, and then later, when I was ready ,replaced it. And today he came by, on just a few hours notice, to install my new faucet and hook up the dishwasher. Thank you, too, to Mary, for her wonderful phone voice and customer service attitude. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Rooter!

We had the absolute best experience with Mr. Rooter today! We had a leaking water heater and was needing it repaired immediately since we were leaving out of state in a few days. I called 4 different plumbers this morning, none could make it out within a couple weeks. One of the plumbers referred me to Mr. Rooter. The first contact was so pleasant, Mary heard my emergency situation and reassured me that they could make it work for me. She set up an appt. for Sat. am. (today is Thurs.) Then she called back an hour later and said she could have a technician out in 15 min!! Amazing! Jeff Hunter arrived, was so polite, helpful, friendly and professional and took care of our water heater repair immediately. He was so fair with pricing too. All this in just a few hours from my initial call! It doesn't get any better than this! In the future when I need Plumbing work, I will always call Mr. Rooter FIRST!!

We were very pleased with the service from the office to the technician. Our water heater was going out and with company coming, we needed quick repair service. Within hours of my call, Alan Hunter came to service the hot water heater and even taught us how to flush it, something we had never done! Would definitely use Mr. Rooter again. Only drawback is the trip charge, but our senior 10% discount basically covered that. Thank you!!
