Don and his Team just completed our new Mini Splits install on time as proposed.

The Guys were very polite and professional and made sure they left no traces of the install, the house looked as clean as when they started.

This is the 2nd HVAC system they have installed for us the 1st was in our West Side Bend home 4 years ago and it was equally a great install and system.

From the start to finish they made a major investment and install well worth the cost of a new system.

The office staff is both well informed of the project and answered all of our questions and supervised the scheduling of permits and inspections.

Again this is our 2nd system for Diversified Heating to completely install without a glitch!

Sierra J. started servicing our HVAC equipment from the time we moved into our new home and has been a pleasure to work with, she has my highest recommendation.

Diversified as a company has been very responsive in setting appointments and having employees like Sierra, don't think you can go wrong with Diversified and Sierra.

I had just bought a new house and the furnace died 3 days later. It was "serviced" by another company previously. But Diversified came and looked at it and found that the air filter had been sucked inside the unit. Causing it to fail. The other company failed to find that and the furnce burned itself out.

Anyway, Diversified sat down with me and showed me my options for a new Furnace. I picked a high efficiency model. Install was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. A year has gone by and their female Technician changed out the filter. She was courteous and professional. Great company!!

Jess and Diversified Ductless took care of my heating system. They came out, cleaned and tuned up the heater, and changed filters. The ironic part was I had previously replaced the filters with the same size that were in there. Turns out they were the wrong size.

I felt reassured to have our heating system checked out by professionals so that I know it’s running efficiently and keeping my family safely warm.

Their quote was competitive and their installation crew was on time, did a great job and very friendly. Would definitely use them again.

I called for an appointment for an estimate for a MItsubishi Mini Split cooling/heating unit and Donnie the salesman came out to my home two business days later. He was a wealth of knowledge and we decided on a unit for my home. Two days later the install guys came to the house and installed the unit within the time frame they estimated it would take. My service window was from 8:00 am to 8:30 am and they showed up at 8:08. This is rare and greatly appreciated. They install guys were clean cut, friendly and very helpful. I had no concern with leaving them at my house while I ran errands when they were working. They had the electrician come out during the install time and he connected the wiring to the breaker box. The unit works great and has a ton of features. The install is clean and professional looking. All of this was done from Tuesday July 31st through August 2nd....the heat of the Summer. I honestly was expecting to hear we might be able to get to you in a few months. I'm pleased with the purchase and the service. Even the receptionist who answered the phone was helpful and friendly. 5 star service and I'll use them for any other heating and or cooling needs I may have in the future. Jim McDermott/Bend, OR
