The people at Diversified are very easy to work with. They confirmed the appointment time and kept us posted on the technician’s arrival time by text and even included a photo of him. The technician, Tristan, was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He maintained proper mask and sanitation protocols and kept us informed of what he was doing each step of the way. I would recommend Diversified with no hesitation.

I started using Diversified Heating & Cooling in 2008/2009 when we bought our house in La Pine, OR. They had performed the original installation in the house we purchased and their name was on the sticker on the air handler unit. So naturally when I wanted to have the system checked and serviced I called them. Their tech arrived on time, was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Since then they have performed all our maintenance and have bailed us out on one breakdown at the coldest time of the year.

So when I needed a heating system for my new shop I knew who to call. Donnie, one of their Sales engineers set an appointment, showed up early and we spec-ed out a mini-split system that more than filled my needs. He worked to coodinate the installation around the electrician's wiring of the structure and quoted me a price that was competitive and fair. He also offered financing options should we be interested.

When it came time for the installation of our new Mitsubishi mini-spit system, their team arrived early in the day and had it installed and running in just a couple hours. Raul finished up and explained operation of the system, routine self maintenence and made sure we were happy with the system before leaving.

I would definitely recommend Diversified Heating & Cooling to anyone I know who might be in the market for a home heating system.

Daniel helped us this morning, he was very kind, informative, and thorough in his work. My kids were running around the house with a case of the “visitors”, he was patient and unbothered by what I couldn’t control. Also, we have an odd shaped furnace and he made sure that we got the right size to keep us going. Would recommend to anyone who needs heating work done.

I really appreciate that Duane and Tristan have been timely and friendly. Duane was able to correctly diagnose the issue I was having, even though he hadn’t seen it before in his many years of experience. The office staff are also quite friendly and accommodating to schedule bookings. It’s nice to have such confidence in a service provider.

Excellent pricing and service. Donny responded quickly to all my questions. Kenny, Travis and Raoul replaced my system with a new one. They were courteous and respectful, showed me the new system operations and gave helpful running recommendations. Totally an excellent group and experience from the first call to the final installation.

Our technician, Michael, was very professional and helpful when he came out to our house last week. He found what our problem was, fixed us up, and got the cool air blowing upstairs again. He also reconnected a duct to the laundry room under the house, which he was under no obligation to do. The cost was reasonable and we were left satisfied with the work done. We will use Diversified from now on!

We had a very complex system and zone heating to update and replace. The team was professional and knowledgeable. Don was a wizard in getting the furnace in. Travis was great leading the team to put in the ducting under the house. Thank you Donnie for putting together the right package to keep our home warm and cool. Appreciate the extra effort.

Recommended the equipment and gave us a few options. Seamless and easy throughout the whole process. I would recommend them for all heating and cooling needs.

We just had a ductless system installed - they did a great job! Jess was very patient, she ran several options for us, and provided lots of literature for us to review before making a decision. System works great too - it’s very quiet.

For identical equipment they were the lowest bid out of 5 companies. They scheduled me for install in less than a week after bid. They showed up 15 minutes early and did a great job installing the equipment, exactly where I wanted it. They finished the job at the agreed upon time frame and left the work area spotless. Highly recommended!
