We have had nothing but great experiences with Diversified!! Don came out first- he was a wealth of knowledge about upgrading our old system and what would work best for our current house + our remodel and answered every question we had. He was even available after hours for some other random questions we had. Travis and his crew came out quickly after our first meeting for the install of our new heat pump and AC. They were on time and very professional. They got the job done quick, had everything set up and even cleaned up all while smiling and explaining different options/uses to us. We needed a maintenance call last night- we had Travis, Don and Dwane all helping to problem solve as quickly as possible to get our heat back up and running after their regular day was over. They were able to get us by over night until Dwane was able to get out in person and see what was going on. Dwane called on his way out, and showed up first thing to help get us back up and running. He was extremely knowledgable and respectful. He spent extra time searching for the problem and ordering the needed problems. He even changed our air filter! All around- great guys and would not go with any other HVAC company.

The price was very fair, the installation was on time and perfect for both a Trane heater and AC

We had an annual service call for our furnace and an install of a blower for our gas fireplace insert. Cierra Jordan was our service technician. We were her last call at the end of a long day. Even so, she arrived ready to work, was friendly, professional and courteous. She was very knowledgeable , worked quickly, yet thoroughly to complete the job and spent the time needed at the end to make sure we were satisfied with the job and to answer any questions or address concerns we may have had. I hope she continues to be our service technician for many years to come.

As new comers to Bend, Diversified Heating & Cooling has repaired or serviced our HVAC system 3‐4 times over the last 2 1/2 years. Technicians have always been timely, professional, friendly & even educational about our system. We appreciate the speed with which they can schedule annual servicing and emergency repairs. All maintenance appointments have been booked within a week & emergency repairs within hours. Pricing has been totally acceptable with quotes shared before the job starts. Based on our positive experience with Diversifide Heating & Cooling we feel no inclination to call elsewhere for HVAC repairs or servicing needs!

They did an amazing job with our AC installation last year and made everything so easy! Everyone is very nice and professional and efficient! Recommend!

I like this company. Prior to the technician’s arrival, they sent me a picture identifying the tech that would be coming to the house. This is a great comfort knowing who will be coming to your home. I worked in Law Enforcement for 25 years and appreciate this feature.
Duane Oliver was great. He identified the problem and was quick to fix my fireplace. Very friendly, very clean. I’ll be using these folks again.

Duane took care of our service in a timely, professional manner. He was prompt and courteous and kept informed about his progress. He cleaned up after he was done and made sure that we were happy with his work.

The Diversified team just finished installing a 2 stage gas furnace and ducting in our home. Travis and Kenny installed the entire system quickly and in a professional manner. They both went above and beyond and were able to deal with the less than ideal working spaces. They communicated well, cleaned as they went, and were great with my dogs. I strongly recommend Travis, Kenny, and the Diversified team for any HVAC needs. Well done boys!!

Had a consult to find out what would work best for us and was given 3 different options with the pricing all easily available. (Whatever program they use for quotes is amazing)
We settled on one, they offer a financing option with excellent terms. Set a date and time for install, which they were right on time for, they called before they showed up , got the job done begining to end in a few hours (I'm sure install time varies home to home) and we have cold air blowing now for summer. After the install, I got another call making sure it all went well and if I had any questions. Scheduled a follow up meeting to help set up the app for remote control. Also received a folder in the mail with thank you letters, contact info, my warranty info (which they send in all the paperwork for you) so my warranty is already active, it's just part of the service they do! The only thing I have to do is turn the HVAC on. Everything else is taken care of. I feel valued as a customer. Best experience I've had with any company

Installation went great 2 years ago! We got the Mitsubishi Ductless system and part of the warranty is that it must be serviced every year. Unit was serviced last year with no problem. This year it was serviced (I had to skip a day of work to stay home and wait on the tech) and the blower did not come back on after the technician left (he did not test it properly, only checking to see if the unit was heating up). We wake up to a cold house and it takes another day for them to send the next guy. He comes out, tightens a screw, checks the blower and it all seems fine. However, at some point it stops blowing a couple of hours after he leaves. So we call them for "emergency" service at 8 PM. The earliest they can get to us is close to 4 PM the next day! 20 hours later? This is to CORRECT their error! The techs were all very nice guys, clean, professional, and seemed competent. The dispatcher is also pleasant and efficient. I have always heard good things about this company. I was going to leave a 5 star review on Monday until I discovered that our blower wasn't working. Then it became a 3 star due to the additional delay. Now it's a one star because I have missed 3 days of work waiting around for these guys to fix something that wasn't broken in the first place.
