I had a very positive experience with Diversified Heating and Cooling. We took in 4 bids for replacing our current HVAC system. Diversified's representative, Donnie, did an excellent job of explaining and presenting us with the best options. Come the day of install, the crew--Garrett and Brian-- did an excellent job.

Great maintenance service. Our technician, Cierra C was awesome! She did excellent work and was an amazingly helpful communicator. Her response to our questions was immediate & accurate. If all their techs are like her, I highly recommend doing business with this company. Reliability, quality and integrity is what I look for and Diversivied has me believing!

Excellent central A/C installation. Easy to work with, even with a custom setup with some changes. Very professional and competent, work started on time and proceeded rapidly. High quality system works perfectly. My electric bill was a pleasant surprise, this is a very energy efficient system.

great business! they worked on our furnace until they figured out the problem. Very punctual and would call and email the night before our appointment. very professional and puts the customer first. We also liked the fact that they sent a picture of the technician that would be coming. Great company!!

My review of the service has nothing to do with the technician Duane, who was professional and efficient.
My complaint is that the fee of $90 for a technician to show up and wipe off/clean the flame sensor and put it back in would be pricey enough. But then adding an additional $40??? For what?!
He was there maybe 10 minutes... 15 at the most, because there was nothing to do other than clean the flame sensor.
So, I don't think it's right to charge customers an additional amount for that type of service. If there was a part that needed to be replaced, then I would understand an additional charge.
I had to make this exact same type of call for "repairs" last year about this time. And my home was built in 2016. This should not be happening.
I won't need to call Diversified again in the future. I can clean off the flame sensor myself and save my hard earned dollars.
I'm sorry... but this just seems like the customer is being taken advantage of.

I highly recommend Diversified! I purchased a ductless heat pump unit a year ago. Fabulous customer service! Love the unit. I had a minor issue a few weeks ago (operator error!). I called at 7:30 am, someone answered and sent a tech out that same a.m. Yesterday, I had two techs onsite to check the unit for my one year service agreement. They cleaned/checked the unit and further educated me on how to adjust fans, etc. In an era where customer service seems to be on the decline, this company has it going on!

Installation took less than a day as we have a small 1500 square foot house. The guys arrived around nine a.m. and left around 4 p,m. after installing our new system. They removed the old electric heater and installed a new one with a heat-pump that will also function as an air conditioner in the hotter months. The new system works very well. Very nice friendly crew.

My heating system was terrible. It quit working altogether and my HOA required all owners to have the entire systems replaced. I didn’t know what to do; I was lost and way out of my comfort zone. Diversified team was awesome from the moment I contacted them. No high pressure, patient, kind and helped me find what I needed for my home. They installed seamless and bent over backwards to make it a positive experience. Diversified Heating and Cooling is awesome!

To our surprise our heat pump went out about two weeks ago— we reached out to Diversified and scheduled an inspection of the situation. We have a vintage 90 something home...with a vintage dual compressor heat pump— (dinosaur)! Anyway, Diverisfied gave us several options (Good, Better, Best) with bids that we’re extremely competitive. We were scheduled within a week to have a full new HVAC system installed. The team was exceptional, knowledgeable, and very dillegent. Our old system was not only problematic, but a complete piece meal—the diversified team were careful and methodical about the best resolve. Overall price, time, and efforts were A+++ — Easy to work with and friendly! Thank you for all your help and keeping us warm and plugged in.
