I have used this wonderful company for at least the last 7 years. The feeling you get from them is more of a family helping you than a company. I use diversified to come out twice a year the service central heat and my AC. I have even called them on a Sunday morning to check a problem with my fireplace and they have responded, have come to the house, and have fixed the problem. I can't speak anymore highly of these wonderful people and how well they take care of you.

I called the folks at Diversified based on a recommendation from a close friend. Winter came on quick and strong this year, and I could not get my gas fireplace to work. Diversified was able to fit me in quickly and repaired the same day! My wife and cats are happy campers! Thanks Diversified!

We had a wonderful experience with Diversified heating and cooling. They came to our home to install a new furnace and heat pump. They were very professional, clean, quick and efficient. I will definatly use them again in the future.

From Don's initial inspection, to Matt and Keegan coming out for the install.. always were prompt, efficient and informative. Everyone I interacted with were "Good People," through and through. During the install I had my two young children with me, had to run errands and do my normal routine.. Both Keegan and Matt were super cool with my little ones and I fully trusted them when I had to run errands. The installation went smooth and was about 2 hours, as they said. Keegan went over everything with me on the new unit, explained maintenance and follow up really well. Thank you guys!

Been having them service 2 of our places in Bend for the past 6 years. They are the best! Very professional, punctual, and most of all thorough. Triston did our service this time and before also. He explained everything that he was doing and how each system works and the maintenance and checks he did. I really appreciated the explanations a lot! We will definitely continue to use them and recommend Diversified!

We just completed having a Mitsubishi mini-split system added to our home. Diversified H&C was the best all the way through. Jess H. Knew her details and technical information, giving us immediate pricing and set up our contract. She is very knowledgeable and what she didn’t know she accurately found. Our two installers were Vance and Tristan and WOW, what a team. They worked together seamlessly on our installation from initial set up through a system test and explaining the remote control the system uses. In their office, Catie handled billing, setting up city inspection and did all the warranty registration for us. They all work together to earn their great reputation. We had other bids but are really glad we chose Diversified - Thanks!
