We needed to replace our heat pump/electric furnace unit that was old and not dependable any longer. We got many bids and Diversified seemed the best combination of value and products. Jess, who came over and did our quote, answered dozens of questions for us over the next several days that helped us decide on all the little details to make sure we were getting the system we wanted and needed. She was patient , helpful, available, and professional.

Our technicians on the day of installation were Travis and Raul. They got right to work on time, they worked hard, and maintained a high level of professionalism. They were polite, took care to not track dirt anywhere, and were pleasant to talk to. They clearly were experienced in their field and they even finished faster than expected!

In the end, it was clear we made the right decision going with Diversified. I am looking forward to their maintenance crew helping us keep our new system in good shape!

Diversified Heating & Cooling earned our business and they did not disappoint. In short, every member of their team took excellent care of us. We needed to replace the HVAC system in our home. The proposal delivered by Diversified was complete and understandable. The administration of the contract was made easy and simple. The installation of the new HVAC system was on time, professional and the technicians were very patient with all my questions. The technicians were also able and willing to accommodate several “unique” requests I had during the installation process. Don, Catie, Keegan, Matt and Charles made this an easy project with an excellent outcome.

I ABSOLUTELY recommend Diversified for all your HVAC needs! It all started with Jess coming out for a free estimate. We chose the equipment that fit our needs the best, and days later our system was installed and running. Travis and Raul installed the system and were very tidy and professional. There was a glitch with our thermostat shortly after the installation. Travis and Raul came out to fix the issue 1 1/2 hours before they said they would be out. I can't express enough how much I recommend these guys!

I'm far from a heating and cooling expert, but the crew at Diversified Heating helped me select just what I needed. Don, Keegan and Matt provided the best customer service with their extensive knowledge, excellent communication and highest quality installation. I'm sure I will use them again in the future.

We switched to Diversified after becoming dissatisfied with a previous vendor. They have been great.

After spending some time with Diversified we decided to replace our system (natural gas furnace, air conditioner) with a dual fuel natural gas/ heat pump combo. It works well and is very comfortable--a comfort upgrade compared to the old system. In the long haul I expect it to also be more cost effective. The installation process was smooth and professional.

I chose Diversifed to install a new heat pump in my home because they had a good quality one in my price range. They later told me it was out of stock and offered to sell a significantly more expensive one or a less efficient one for only a couple hundred less. I was frustrated they wouldn’t have check stock before promising a heat pump. I went with the cheaper less efficient one. After the install, I noticed they didn’t finish covering the wire on the house with conduit. After several phone calls messages he was supposed to come but never showed. It almost didn’t pass inspection because of this and the company blamed me. Why do I need to make sure your workers do their job? I’ve had it for 1.5 years and it just broke. The part was under warranty but it was $1700 in labor! They also said rodents were chewing on the wire and suggested I put poison outside the house to kill mice. Really?? Why don’t they use rodent resistant material?? Anyway, they were not friendly or accommodating and a furnace should not have broke after 1 1/2 years of use! I won’t be using them or their services again as there are many more to choose from with better products and service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason, an HVAC technician who went above and beyond to ensure that my heating and air conditioning system was running smoothly. From start to finish, Jason was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of HVAC repair and maintenance.

What impressed me most about Jason was his attention to detail. He took the time to carefully inspect my system, identifying potential issues and explaining everything he was doing along the way. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, making sure that I was completely comfortable with the work that he was doing.

Throughout the entire process, Jason was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual, reliable, and always had a positive attitude. He worked quickly and efficiently, but never rushed through the job. Instead, he took the time to make sure that everything was done right the first time.

In the end, I couldn't be happier with the work that Jason did. My HVAC system is running better than ever, and I feel confident that it will continue to do so for many years to come. If you're in need of HVAC services, I highly recommend Jason - he truly is one of the best in the business!

They installed a new Furnace, Heat pump, and Thermostat for me as part of weatherizing my home. Everyone was friendly, professional, and conscientious. Don came initially and explained the available options and answered my questions. Keegan and Matt worked hard removing the old system and squeezing the new larger furnace into a tight space. They were knowledgeable and able to make things work with the already existing pipes and wiring.

I just used Diversified Heating and Cooling for the first time.
I will definitely use them again. The tech, David, was polite, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have in my home.
