Travis and Raul had an amazing work ethic when installing my system. They were both extremely polite, knowledgeable but also friendly and approachable, answering all my questions so, obviously, patient too. The sales rep, Donny, was very thorough making sure I got the right system for my needs at a competitive price. I couldn't be happier with the way things went. I highly recommend this company.

We recently had an ac unit installed at our home. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Working with Donnie to determine the best option for our place was a distinct pleasure. Kenny and Raul are simply the best service professionals I have ever encountered. They were very proficient, communicative, personable, and solved any issue that came up. Diversified installed my heating and AC systems and has maintained them for the last three years. I have found them to be efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have seen several different technicians over the course of this period and they all seem to meet a high standard of professionalism. The office staff has been friendly and helpful as well.

We had an air conditioner and airscrubber installed in our home that was built 7 years ago. I was very particular about where I wanted it installed and how I wanted the electrical ran so it all looked good when it was complete. Jess did a great job listening to how we wanted it done and even crawled through our crawl space herself to see if this could be accomplished this way. They did a awesome job with the install and it all looks like it was put in when the house was built.

We are repeat customers because Diversified is knowledgeable, dependable and trustworthy. We had them install a gas line to our back porch to fuel our BBQ and fire pit. Unlike other companies that came to give us a quote, they examined the piping in the crawl space and did a thorough evaluation before giving us a quote. In addition, their follow up and customer service is excellent before and after project completion.

Diversified exceeded my expectations in all areas. Most importantly they were responsive to my unique project and special needs and not just trying to sell another system. Along the way there were some challenges and very acceptable alternatives. They have an excellent website with information that answered many of my concerns. Very hard-working installation crew who put in long hours, were there when they said they would be, and communicated very well after the project to explain how the system works.
Donnie listened well to my needs during the estimate process. Jess is a top notch office manager/communicator. Don much more hands-on than I ever thought...thank you!
My system is a Mitsubishi split ductless system, huge upgrade, extremely quiet and responsive and her 4 zones work very well with Kumo cloud and Alexa. Nothing like changing temperature with voice!

The guys took the time to help me setup my WiFi access to the unit and were super respectful of my space and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond and I am super happy with their service!

My husband and I wanted to zone our house because the upstairs would get sweltering hot. Donnie came out to look at everything and promptly returned three options and estimates for us to review. The proposal was very detailed which allowed us to make an educated decision on the best option. Garrett and Brian showed up to do the install and were very professional, respectful and thorough. The sales rep Jess was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions as we were deciding which company to go with. They also installed a 12" stand for the unit too at my request, even though it wasn't standard.
The install team was super fast, in and out by the end of my lunch break. These units work like a dream. I've barely touched them since they were installed. I sleep like the dead no matter the weather, and can't wait to see how the AC performs this summer.
The little heat monitor sensor things does make noise when it rotates, but it took them all of two minutes to switch that part off for me.
Their financing options were the biggest draw, and made this expensive upgrade much more manageable. Would highly recommend!
