Dwayne and Ben from Diversified heating were the hardest working and most positive service people I have ever encountered. Would give them 10 stars and a million dollars if I could.

We had major water damage under our house and they tore out and put back in all the ductwork in one single twelve-hour push so we wouldn't have to be without heat for the night.

I don't think I saw them take a single break the entire day, and somehow they remained friendly and upbeat the entire time. We could not believe the extreme level of effort they put in, probably pulling easily over 1,000 pounds of wet insulation out of our crawlspace, without ever failing to smile at us, from 8 am to 830 pm. It was incredible. They even let us take their picture at the end.

Bill who had come out previously (and promptly) on a Saturday was also extremely kind and helpful catching the water just in time before it entered the house.

Fantastic company to work with , Sale Rep Jess gave plenty of options and cost for each.

Install team Travis and Raul were on time, prompt, professional, gave good orientation and very neat and clean about their work.

Jess and Diversified came highly recommended. We needed to replace our furnace and our previous maintenance vendor seemed only interested in up sells. Diversified was refreshingly different. We appreciated Jess’ thoroughness, expertise, transparency and respectful manner. She offered different options and helped us zero in on what new furnace system would meet our needs and make us most comfortable. Installation went flawlessly. We love our Trane system including the App that allows us to adjust temp on the fly!

As many others have shared, we were very pleased with Diversified. Jess evaluated our needs, provided a range of systems and prices without pushing the most expensive, and answered lots of questions. Travis and Raul completed the installation in half a day in a highly professional manner. The system is working well and meeting our expectations.

Diversified replaced our aging heating/AC system and we couldn't have been happier with their service from start to finish. Jess came to inspect the old system and discuss replacement options, explaining them in great detail and in terms comprehensible to non-experts. Days later, Travis and Raoul installed the system and carefully explained its operation. Jess followed up and even delivered an alternate intake vent cover. Before selecting Diversified, we did our homework and contacted two other companies for estimates. We selected Diversified for their competitive pricing, their Trane products and their service. They'd been recommended by friends who have lived in Bend for over 30 years. They did not steer us wrong!

Thank you Diversified Heating for a great experience getting our new Ductless System! From getting the quote and arranging financing, to the wonderful guys who did the install, everyone was so helpful and professional. The whole process went so smoothly, especially the installation. We had expected it to be much harder, due to the age and nature of our house, but the guys went to town and got it done sooner than expected. Such awesome work ethic and customer service is so refreshing!! We will definitely refer Diversified to anyone who is as tired of chopping wood as I am.

We just had an AC system installed and Duane and his partner did a fine job. They were professional, on time, worked efficiently, and were informative. They made sure to let us know we needed a new filter, and offered to drop one by the house within the week. They have not as yet done so, but that's not a big deal. They showed us how to set the wall thermostat, and offered some efficiency tips before leaving. They completed the install in about 4 hours, which was what the estimate stated. No complains and we are COOL!
