For years I haven't had heat in one of my bedrooms. Now that it's my office I wanted to get it fixed. Diversified was here on time, professional and made sure everything (including another duct) was connected. It's warm again. I love that they came on time and that they use texting to confirm the appt and to send a picture of the technician so I can be assured it was him

My 18 year old furnace was done so i called another company that came out 2 weeks later to spent a hour on their fix. well 2 weeks later the furnace quit again. i called Diversified and couldn't be happier. i have a much better furnace and my home is so much warmer. the old furnace was 75% efficient and my new one is 95% efficient. i will see what that translate to when i get my next heating bill but even if it is not much the warmer house is worth it. the people who did the work and the person who explained everything did a great job.

Duane Oliver was recently here and did a great job installing a new filter system inside my house.

Due to a medical condition that my wife experienced in the last few days (Nose bleed that would not stop) we had to make a quick run to the Emergency room at the hospital just to get the bleeding stopped. While in there I had spoken to the nurse and ask if this was a frequent occurence or not, and she stated that due to the dryness of the air in Central Oregon they see quite a few of these cases. Given that information/suggestion, I immediately started a search for Whole House Humidifiers (did not want a portable unit). I solicited three different HVAC Contractors for a proposal to provide/install an AprilAire whole house steam humidifier and ultimately chose Diversified's proposal (they are also the firm that installed my original HVAC system in our new home), and I could not be happier with all the categories listed above. I was especially happy with the installation crew that was sent to do the work, they were prompt, very courteous and done an excellent job with the installation. I would highly recommend that if you have any HVAC related work that is needed, you should consider Diversified Heating & Cooling to do the work. They were professional from the Estimator to the workmen, and it is my guess that all their employees are most likely the same caliber.

Super impressed. Donnie came out to take a look at what I thought was a heating problem with the lower level of a new house. He did a very thorough look around and I came to realize I didn't have the big problem I thought I had. He gave me a couple low cost solutions if it doesn't get warm enough -- none of which were money makers for him. He could not have been nicer AND on time for our appointment. This is rare and I almost wished I had a problem so I could give him some work. Happy that I don't, but if you do...this is a great company.
