I have a maintenance agreement with them, so they always come out the same day. My heater wasn’t coming on this morning so I called & they sent Nathan right out to my home. He was very professional & polite, went up into the attic, came back down, explained what the issue was, and walked me through what I could do until the part came in. I recommend Terry’s American to everyone!!
Paid for annual maintenance contract on 16 March. They couldn't schedule service until 12 May. On 12 May they called and wanted to reschedule until the following week. I told them to cancel my service contract and they said it was non refundable! Really a scam outfit!!

Unfortunate experience with this company and ended up hiring another company to actually fix my a/c. Tech says no charge for him to come back out then you get an invoice for $175 for an hour of labor when he was there for 10-15 mins!
