Chad got right on it. Gave me a quote instantly, ordered my new equipment and had a crew scheduled immediately. They were very professional and gave me a better price on better equipment than all the other companies I called. The only company I will use from now on.

Had a very positive review of this company beforehand. They had completed a few electrical jobs fairly smoothly. Asked them more than a month ago to come and give me an estimate for another project. Employee came out within a couple of days. They told me they were busy so I waited a few weeks and called about the estimate. They said they would call me, waited a few more weeks and called them back and they said they would not have time. If they would have told me a month ago, it wouldn't have been a problem. Very poor way of treating a potential loyal customer.

Very professional and prompt service from the Rucker Mechanical technicians. They did an awesome job installing the mini split on our enclosed porch area. It works so well keeping it cool and is so quiet you can’t even tell it is running. I would definitely recommend their services.

Highly recommend this company! I hired them to put a Samsung Mini Split on my covered deck. Absolutely love it! Worth every penny! When it was 48 degrees outside, our deck was 78. They were professional and courteous. Knew exactly what they were doing. Got the job done in an extremely timely manner and cleaned up any debris. Thanks Chad! Great Job! They company was awesome! The Shawn was always responsive on time very communicative and professional. The team that came out again very very professional the installation was very fast. I was looking for an electrician to take care of 7 little issues. Dead outlets, a dead light fixture and other small problems. I had used a service from Edmond but their prices were outrageous and another guy behaved really inappropriately so I was online reading reviews when I noticed all the really great reviews for Rucker. I made an appointment and I must say I was not disappointed.
David came out and right away he told me the light fixture I thought was dead was not working because the breaker was off! I can't remember the last time I was in the breaker box but that showed me that Rucker can be trusted. David could have replaced the fixture and padded the bill but he didn't. He moved on efficiently but not rushed even though I was the last call of his day. He was respectful of my home and property and did a great job and was kind to my "herd" of dogs. I was pleased when my bill was tallied up and I felt that the price was fair and reasonable.
I can't list the number of repairmen from all trades who have come to my home to make some kind of repair and left me in a situation where I had to repair something they had torn up while doing their job or they had to come back and make the same repair because they didn't care enough about their work to do it right the first time.
