Rucker Mechanical and Electric

Charged $160 to do absolutely nothing and the man they sent could not even provide an estimate. Had used this company in the past and they were good... but never again.

We used Rucker to install a generator at our office. They were there when they said they would be and completed the installation quickly and were very professional and made sure we were 100% satisfied before leaving and did all this at the best price we could find. I would highly suggest Rucker Mechanical to everyone.

I highly recommend Rucker Mechanical. I have an old air conditioning unit that has a slow freon leak. I called Rucker Mechanical and they came out the same day to service it. The technician, Rick, was excellent and had my unit working perfectly.

Managing so many properties, I needed a company that was FAIR & RESPONSIVE. This company has been both for me. I have never had to wait for than a day for someone to come out. Everything has always been fixed efficiently and correctly.

I hate to write such a low rating on service, I am always appreciative when I can get the work done as promised. However, I had an overcharge, which, I immediately discussed with the office personnel and was promptly issued a refund for the overcharge, that is the reason for the two star rating because she was very helpful in that area.

The shower wand that was installed worked just fine immediately after install however, I checked a couple minutes after install and before he left and found that the diverter was not transferring the water properly to the shower wand, and it was coming out both ends of the shower wand and faucet. I pointed it out to him before he left but we both forgot about it. I expect a service man to remember a problem and double back and check it out for performance before he leaves. He did not...

The second item, was the leak in the bathroom faucet he was unable to fix it because I have a moen and I understand the parts are not easily come by and he has to go to the warehouse to get the part, but for a small plumbing job, I cannot afford to have a $300 plumbing bill for such a small job, so I told him to put it back together, so now I still have a leak and my shower wand is sub par.

My husband was coming home from the hospital the next day as a new amputee and I was trying to get his bathroom fixed up for him. Needless to say I was hesitant to call for a call back because of the charges.

Sorry, I hate saying these things.

Trustworthy, professional, efficient, and courteous. I have relied on Rucker’s for years and have always been thoroughly pleased with their work! I won’t call anyone else!

Curtis and his team worked diligently and intelligently. With respect and courteous. I highly recommend Rucker Mechanical. My thanks also to Sean in the office and though I may have missed to name others, for that I apologize for that oversight.

Heat/Air system went out. Rucker gave me a good quote on a new system. They were very quick to come out and install. Did a great job and are great people!

Very affordable and responsive! Love this company I would recommend to anybody. If you have had a bad experience with Rucker Mechanical then you must be the problem not them.
