Made a call for service a couple of days ahead of time. They set up my appointment and showed up on time. I was away from the house getting back from work they had no problem waiting on me to arrive. Kyle and his Apprentice Ben told me they would go and get a cold drink or something to eat and wait on me patiently. I hurried home and found them waiting in their service truck at my front gate. After letting them pull onto the property Kyle introduced himself and they got Right to Work diagnosing my problem. Within a few minutes they knew exactly what was wrong with my system it had a freon leak that you could clearly see. The technician gave me a cost summary and I decided to let them go ahead and fix it because I have a lot of family and friends coming on the weekend. He had to wait for Ben to go and get his torch set but this didn't take long and they had it fixed quickly. I paid them shook their hand and thanked them for a job well done. I was missing my email receipt so I sent a return message to the office from getting a thank you from Ronda V. She said she would give me the email receipt immediately and to let her know if I needed anything else. I thanked her and her company for their professionalism and the great job they did on my air conditioning unit. I broke the Freon Line hitting it with my zero turn tractor LOL we had a good laugh about that. The biggest expense was the freon of course but they removed the service call charge to help me out. I believe Jesus and the Holy Spirit led me to this company to get the kind of quality service I received and I won't worry about the bill because God will take care of that he always does! Thank you once again to Van Dyke mechanical for their Professional Service I would recommend them to anyone!
These guys are great. Excellent communication. They showed me exactly what was wrong and gave me options to repair. At no time did I feel like it was a "hard sell". They just showed and explained what my problems were and what could be done. They were on time (so important) and really know their trade. Perfect experience. I wouldn't use any one else.
