Company was very friendly, lots of calls and messages to keep customer informed. Had an issue with first services and supervision came out personally after hours to correct. The repair was done quickly and left my yard amazing, baring can tell work was done. Thank you

We had our heater go out a few weeks ago. A technician named Benjamin came out quickly and found several problems. After finding it hard to get the parts they went above and beyond tracking the parts down and getting it fixed fast. He was very knowledgeable, nice, and an absolute professional. He explained what was wrong in a way I could understand even showing me the broken parts to help explain it to me. Which I liked a lot.
I can't express enough how happy my family and I are with Van Dyck and Benjamin.

I can not express how happy I am with the service we got from Van Dyck Mechanical. After being without water for almost 3 weeks, and having a different company come out TWICE and not fix anything, Jeff, Chasen, and Chris did AMAZING JOB.
We ended up having all our water lines re-ran and the job the guys did is just outstanding. Everything is so nice and clean, plus they actually labeled every single valve and walked me through the entire new system. I could go on and on but just know this is company to go to if you need any work done on your place !!!

Called for emergency plumbing because both toilets were backing up. They had someone out here within an hour. Kris who came out was very friendly and professional. He got our toilets working again in no time. Will definitely use your service again in the future.

We have used this company to fix our air conditioner last summer. They did a great job. It was costly but the service men who came out and the office staff are always nice and respectful. A couple days ago we called about a gas leak (propane). They sent out a service guy and the estimate was right around $1000. We decided to fix this ourselves. With that said, we spent $132 for the parts to fix and replace the gas line. So I do believe their estimate was on the high end. We still received courteous and respectfulness from them the whole process. I do believe they could have had a lower cost for labor for this job. But in the end they are a great company.

Can't recommend them enough! After being without heat for almost a month & trying to get other companies in to fix our furnace & getting constant cancelations and no-shows, Van Dyck came to the rescue! Our furnace was up and running swiftly and just in time for the hard winter freeze. Thanks for being timely, getting the job done, showing when you said you would and the stellar customer service 😀

Overcharged a lot replacing a fire pit gas pipe ring. Replaced dual gas ring with 6 inch gas pipe ring that looked homemade. Claimed part cost over $400. Found actual 30 inch dual ring fire pit gas ring with pan on Amazon for under $300 that we ended up installing ourself. But, they were punctual.

I needed my dryer vent cleaned out ASAP and they were able to get me scheduled the very next day after I called! Ben, the technician, did an outstanding job, he was very professional, courtesy, did a great job AND even cleaned up mess when he was done as well I would have!

They made Christmas happen at our house for our family when it was 8 degrees outside by fixing our heater. First rate service and quality. Merry Christmas to you guys.

Thank you to Aaron, Wayne and Jesse who came to take care of our plumbing problem. They came a day ahead of the original scheduled service date, which was awesome. They were very professional and friendly. The job was complete in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable and fair. I will definitely call them again.
Bonus: They also do electrical and HVAC so I can have all my needs met with one company. I am a very happy customer.
