They have good people however that do an extremely poor job of following up and customer care.

Kyle and Sean Davis were the absolute best. They were very positive and easy to work with, explained everything to me and made me feel at ease about the installation. I also want to mention that after receiving quotes from other companies, DeHart offered the best price for the most included. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us multiple options to solve our AC problem. From the first inspection they were very considerate of our specific situation and were willing to work with us any route we decided to take. We made the decision to install a new system, they were very quick and efficient in obtaining our equipment and with the in home installation. We are very happy with our new system.

The Tech arrived within 30 minutes of me contacting DeHart and made the repair within an hour.

Stacy came right out. He listened attentively to what my problems were with the a/c unit. He did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing the unit in a timely manner and explained what he had to do. Stacy was friendly, neat and professional...a top notch tech!
