I was assigned this company through my warranty company, and after reading the reviews, I was worried to say the least. It did take some work to get ahold of him, but I do believe he's been busy with the first hot week of the season. I spoke with him in the am and he was able to come out that afternoon. He diagnosed the issue as a bad capacitor and had that replaced within an hour of arriving. My home is already three degrees cooler and it's not even an hour later. Thank you so much Henry! Very nice and professional here. And no, I'm not a paid review lol, just a mom who was miserably hot and finally cooling off. 😋
I had a 11 to 3 time for them to come look at our thermostat and they did not show up at all. Very unprofessional. Did not give a phone call let us know they were not coming out all day. I was spoken to very rudely when i got ahold of them after the time period i was told they would be there. Was told they did not want to come cause of the weather. My issue was inside the house not even on the outside. I even used only day off to be at home for them and no show. Very rude and unprofessional.
DO NOT TRUST. This company was assigned to my home warranty claim and they came out, stole parts from my unit and then would not return my calls. Do not use them!! You will be putting your home at risk. I've tried to file a report with the Better Business Bureau but could not find or list them!
Our home warranty connected us with Best Choice. They said we needed a new HVAC system and installed it in October. They ordered a wrong part, and the heat was not working. They kept promising to return and I requested they return before the Polar Vortex hit Oklahoma. It is now December 28th and I still have no heat and no response to any texts I have sent.
I used this company in the past my ac went out called my warranty he took it if u didn't want to take the job u shouldn't have he gave me to apt never showed up I called this morning no answer I texted him and said he said call and get resigned I want use him again and never got a call back tried this morning and it went to voice mail

I'm giving 5 stars because they fixed the problem on the visit. It would be pretty easy to say more is wrong and make more money, but it was a simple fix and they fixed it. Very happy with that.

Great service! Thorough and accurate diagnosis of the problem with appreciation of the financial realities for the customer. Honest with clear focus on fixing the problem and not attempting to “up sell” services. Patient and respectful in explaining problem and solution.I would definitely use again with no reservation.
We needed an earlier appointment and they accommodated us easily. They arrived and fixed our A/C quickly. They were professional. I would recommend them.
