They claim to be open 24/7 and that you never talk to a recording only a live person, neither of those were actually true. My call from the previous evening was never returned, and when I called again the next day, even though I was an existing customer, they couldn’t get to me until the day after. I’m giving two stars instead of one because when they do show up, they seem to do a good job.
TS Heat and Air was the VERY BEST! Replaced all our system. They were so friendly, professional,explaining everything along they way. Showed us things wrong with the old system also. Prices were very reasonable also. Tried several others before calling TS and they said all was OK, took my money and left. NOT T&S.... They were fantastic and we felt like we were dealing with a real reliable company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TS HEAT & AIR to anyone!! John and Patricia want to thank you!
T S did our unit when we built our house 19 years ago, they have done all maintenance and work on it since then, they installed a new unit for us yesterday. They arrived when they said they would, did a great and time efficient job, they were polite and DID NOT leave trash strewn about. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any and all heat/ac needs!! Eric and Ricky did a fabulous job!!
I have used TS Heat and Air for years. I have NEVER had anything but positive experiences. The office staff is very professional, friendly, quick to respond and accommodating. They don't want to leave anyone stuck in the heat or cold. The technicians are amazing and so friendly as well. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is in order. I have yearly tune ups with them and have had a couple of small repairs in the past. The prices are fair and they are upfront about costs from the beginning. No price gouging, no unnecessary work, just a good quality company that you can trust. I highly recommend. Thank you very much TS! My family will always use you and I recommend you to everyone!
I’ve used TS for years but will not use them again. 6 weeks ago my Freon was low and the tech used a cylinder I own and got me going quickly and for the cost of a service charge. Today, it is not cooling well and I asked the tech to use my Freon to charge it up and was told it was against company policy. Talked to Cathy, GM, same result. I know I need a new unit, have been trying to get through the heat before I get a replacement so I can do it right. Anyway, done with TS. They obviously don’t need my business.
Last week my heater was malfunctioning, upon inspection from a TS Heat & Air technician it was discovered that there was a significant CO leak in my furnace. Obviously the unit had to be replaced, and even though I was without heat for a few days, I am very pleased with their service. I am sure they all have to deal with angry and frustrated customers often, but every time I called with questions needed for my warranty company they were responsive and kind. Brooke, Gabe, Gary and Steven were all wonderful and I am so thankful for their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend their service.

So glad i had called, Office personnel was very helpful , courteous, just plain great customer service. The technician called 30 mins. ahead of time as i had been informed he would. Santos arrived on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend calling TS heat and air for all your Heat and Air needs. a Five star company in my books.
Two teams were sent out to do the work and they did a fine job. I was very pleased with the outcome and units are working fine. I have one problem and it Is that my water heater next to one of the units is continuously going out. The pilot light keeps getting blown out. I have not had this problem prior to the installation of the air conditioning units. The water heater and the air conditioner share a common vent line. I suspected that may be the problem. Your thoughts?
A week ago today I called because my heat went out. Was told they couldn't come til Monday. That's where I should've stopped and called someone else. Monday they said I needed a blower fan and they'd have to order it. Said 2-3 days. On Wednesday I called and was told the girl that ordered parts was at lunch and she'd call me back. No call. Thursday, it's 12° outside they don't answer the phones and don't return my voicemail. Now it's been a week in freezing temps with no heat and still no call back. NEVER AGAIN. TS Heat and Air lost my business this week and I will share my experience with EVERYONE on all social media accounts.
Billy Townsend was my tech today, and he was VERY professional, very kind, very knowledgeable and he broke down everything I needed to know to where I could comprehend and understand what was happening with my system. He was completely thorough in every little detail. He took his time to make sure he could do everything he possibly could do to keep myself and my family comfortable; he didn't leave until everything was looked over properly, and I was satisfied with the work. He does phenomenal work. I would recommend this company to anyone, but if you're going with them, definitely ask for Billy if possible. He's awesome and funny to boot, and puts you at ease, even when the situation is stressful. Thank you so much for the great experience!
