Excellent experience this week as always! Installed a replacement furnace the next morning in their very busy schedule. They didn't even charge for the previous repair calls since we did the needed replacement. Professionalism and courtesy was shared by everyone we dealt with in the company. Thank you!

Waited over two weeks to get pricing for a project.. All my calls to the office we're directed to the Technician that was sent out and the tech failed to ever respond to any calls or texts. We use HVAC vendors across the United States and this company by far has the worst communication. Definitely advise against them if at all possible

I had TS Heat & Air out to set up and configure my Nest thermostat with my heat pump. While the first technicians that came out we're unfamiliar with my setup, they were very friendly, professional, and did not bill me for the call.

The second tech that came out (Jerry) was very good and knew exactly how to configure everything to get my heat pump running with my Nest for winter. He even returned a bit later to resolve another issue that popped up due my system being overcharged from a previous service technician from another company.

Overall, they were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. After this excellent experience, I highly recommend them and would use them again without question should the need arise.

I've used TS before and they were great. So when my AC went out in my new house, I didn't hesitate to call them again. They responded fast and were out within 90 minutes. Billy T and Jed were the lucky ones to climb up in my hot attic. Billy explained everything to me after he diagnosed the fan motor issue and then gave me a breakdown of all the costs. Extremely professional and just overall pleasant to deal with, these two together knocked it out of the park. Call them if you have any issues. Oh, and get a maintenance agreement with them. I signed up so hopefully I can avoid these things in the future.

The installers seemed to do a good job. But the office staff in charge of the follow up paperwork so far have done a very poor job. They have not been able to get the city inspector out as promised, so I don't know if my $16,000 investment is up to code. And they put the wrong name - not my name - when they submitted my Lennox product registration, so now I don't know if the warrantee for my $16,000 investment is valid.
I understand that there can be complications, but the office staff don't seem to care about getting these resolved in a timely manner. Once they deposited the $16,000 check, they only care about going through the motions with a minimal effort.

The hottest week in OK. Waking up at 6am to 80 degrees! Not knowing who to call. So glad I contacted TS Heat & Air. Although there was going to be a delay of one day due to the workload and the extreme heat, it was worth it. I was told I'd be called 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving. Chris called and I met him at my place. He diagnosed the situation, had to climb onto the roof to access the outside unit. It's that scary moment where you wonder what you are going to be told? I certainly did not want to hear I needed to replace the unit! He replaced the capacitor, added some freon, and I"m glad to say this evening it's a very comfortable 72 degrees in my home! Thank you Chris for your professionalism and honesty! I highly recommend TS Heat & Air. I do appreciate the integrity I experienced. Everyone stay cool this summer!

Billy Townsend was professional and personable from the call to advise he was on the way to the end of the service call. He checked each component and identified and repaired the problem quickly on the outside unit. When checking the Nest thermostat he found a common wire not connected that could cause a problem later down the road, connected it after explaining completely. I appreciate the explanation of the problem and the solution he provided. He also renewed my service agreement and reminded me of how the agreement works. Thank you for sending Billy my way TS Heat and Air!

Billy showed up at my house on time and explained to me everything I needed to know about my air condition unit. He was open and honest about the work that needed to be done and told me before he did any of the work and what the cost would be. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

TS Heat & Air have great customer service. When our AC failed after hours on a hot day, Chris came over within half an hour of my phone call. He determined that the control board had failed, but he came up with a temporary fix to keep our house cool until the permanent repair was done. Billy came 2 days later and promptly completed the repair. Thanks Chris and Billy!

TS Heat and Air installed the two-zone heating and cooling systems in our new house. We felt peculiarly cold during the first few months of our stay. We discovered that the air conditioner and heater ran simultaneously. Consequently, our electricity and gas bills shot through the roof. TS Heat and Air found that the thermostat wires were shorted, causing the unit to run both heating and cooling at the same time. They admitted that the systems were not tested adequately upon completion of installation, citing that it was not the season to test both. The implication was that they do not test the system in certain season. They did not offer to compensate us for the loss. Nor did the company offer any apology for the unsatisfactory work. We settled with our builder.

Several months ago, one of our heating units blew cold air and no heat. We called TS to find out what the problem was. One technician came and declared the problem solved. We paid for the service call, but the problem was not solved. Another crew came and said the same. We paid for that service call also. A total of four (4) TS crews came in succession to service the same problem of heating. Finally, a circuit board was replaced and that really solved the problem. We felt that we should not be asked to pay twice for the servicing the same problem. TS did refund us the cost of one service call.

Matt Ramsey of TS dropped a power drill and shattered a glass lamp shade of ours. We did not say anything negative then. A while back, we were dismayed to discover heaps of fiberglass insulation bats tossed next to the heating unit, trap door and on the side of the pathway in between, leaving a large area of bare uninsulated underlayment. I wrote a letter of complaint to TS but never received any response to it.
