Chris called me back in less than an hour for a weekend service call for my A/C. He was professional, and very fast yet thorough. I would highly recommend TS Heat & Air.

AC went out on Friday at 6:30pm.. made a call to the main number and the repair tech answered the call. He was at our house in 28 minutes and had the AC going again less than an hour after we called.

So happy. He was very nice, didn't talk down to us or talk about crap that nobody cares about. Will call them back every time.

Chris was great!! So polite and helpful. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it with ease. Our AC now works perfectly! We owe him tremendously. Great work!!!

Says 24/7 technician. Came and checked everything said it was okay. It the AC was working before he came. After he left it was t working anymore. Called the 24/7 on call phone #3 different times leaving more than the hour required for a response. Never even received a call to say they were busy and would get to me in a timely fashion. No response at all.uckily it is not the middle of the summer right now.

TS Heat & Air came out quickly, assessed my systems issues and had a very quick very affordable solution for me. They were courteous, professional, and caring.

They were very easy to work with listened to what I felt I needed and gave me a quote right away and it up being the best bargain for my money for what I needed.

Usually Billy is the tech that performs service on my AC units. Chris B was the tech today. Glad to see that TS has a well rounded professional group. Excellent and informative..

My elderly father and mother in law have been left without air conditioning for over a week now. Their compressor was under warranty and needed to be replaced. Just called and T&S still can't even give a date for the reinstall. It's 97 outside today, 100 tomorrow, and we're having heat indexes in the 110's. Not very nice.

A power surge knocked out our unit late last night. I called TS and Billy called me first thing this morning and said he would put me on the list today. He came and fixed it and got us cooling again. Very professional and on a Sunday.
