The company is nice however there is one employee who has rubbed me the wrong way. Very rude and a little bias towards people of color I chose not to go with the services due to what I witnessed in 2023 we should be past the ignorance but we are not and if this is who represent the company then I don’t know exactly how great they really are

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation only. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.
Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition.

I called and explained that my bathtub facet was leaking and I wanted a whole new set for the bathtub. They came out and said they couldn’t do it and that maybe they understood me wrong over the phone, they made it stop leaking a little bit and charged me $120. Very disappointed when a plumber leaves and I have to call another one different company to come back. I was fine paying $120 to have it fixed but just to make it stop leaking? I would have just called a company that could replace it instead of calling this one.

My wife and I just had a slab leak under our living room repaired by Mr. Comfort, Inc. The person sent to pinpoint the leak got it exactly right. The plumbers sent out were clean, professional, and very cordial. It took them a lot less time to dig, repair the pipe, and fill in the hole than either my wife or I were expecting. We've never had a problem like this before, so I'm no judge as to how Mr. Comfort's prices compare to other plumbing companies. My wife and I are thoroughly impressed with the quality and the professionalism of the company.

on Yelp there reviews are even worse! I do not recommend this company
theses people are known for over charging people for small jobs and doubling the price on large jobs.
the tech that came to my house was Cory B. he was very respectful and honestly I believe he tried his best but his best was not enough and I was charged about $240 and every toilet in my house is still clogged
the owner told I was charged the 240 for the tech coming to my house and not fixing the problem
does this sound correct?

I do not enjoy writing a poor review, but it is imperative that it be done. I have had a leak in my front yard for months. It was a very small leak. Due to a recent surgery, I was unable to investigate it as I normally would. However, I decided to do some digging near the meter, hoping to find the leak. I did. I vacuumed the water out of the hole. I saw a sprinkler valve and saw the leak. I did all this to make the job easier for the plumber and to save time and money. I WAS WRONG. The plumber was on his way, and didn't want to cancel. All that was left to do was to place a 3 dollar pvc cap on the end of the pipe. That was it. Picture included. That was what the plumber saw driving up. A pipe needing a cap. That was it. Ezra did a great job of checking the fix. He had a metal gas cap to place on the pipe to see it was what i thought was leaking. It was fixed in 15 mins. He wanted a PVC fitting to cap the pipe, so he left to find the part. I was so happy. I knew he was going to charge $100 just to come out, but I thought to place a $3 cap on the pipe it couldn't be much. Considering I did ALL the work, beside placing the cap on the pipe. He was kind enough to fill the hole, since I was unable today. It gets fixed and the bill was over $600.00!!!!! Am I missing something? In my 65 years of life, I have NEVER seen such a disparity in the amount of work performed and the fee billed. It was such a surprise when I was expected to pay it. A $3 part and 10 mins work. If the part had been in his truck, that would had been all of it. He left to find the part, and when returning placed the cap on. There was a struggle for 30 mins to screw the cap on, however it was done.
Fortunately, there was a compromise made, but it is the principle.
I wanted to write a good review and tell my friends about the great service and fee charged. My BIG mistake was not reading the prior reviews. I always do. I work with Drabek and Hill for other issues and they are wonderful. I wanted some plumbing done and went with their company. I wish I had researched it first. Bottom Line:
Read reviews
Get a written estimate
I did neither. My mistake was not realizing that something could be so overly charged after I performed all the prep work ahead of time and thought I was helping the plumber and myself. A sad situation that should of never happened. If I was unreasonable, please let me know.
Ezra did a great job, but the fees charged were totally unreasonable!

I’ve used Mr. Comfort through Drabek & Hill twice now. Once for a gnarly tub drain clog, once for a refrigerator hookup/ghost draining and never filling toilet.
Both times the service was excellent. The problems solved quickly and efficiently and, most importantly, well. The work holds up. That’s important.
Both calls were nearly $200. Which, while steep to my mind is actually quite reasonable.
But really it’s about the service. Much like Drabek & Hill, the service is excellent.
And if Air Comfort Solutions wasn’t paying google to be the first result in searches, both of these companies would be even better.
But. . . That’s a scummy move on the part of ACS, in my generous opinion.

Jim the scheduler worked some magic and was able to move me up two days for the shower repair. Cory the technician was great. Initially I thought I broke the shower manifold, luckily it was a old and outdated cartridge. This quick repair enabled me to stop turning off the water to the house when not in use. Great job team. I’ll be using some of your other services soon.

WE had used this company prior and had a fair experience, so we called again when a pipe burst between the slab and wall. We requested the same salesman, who came and assessed the damages. He wanted to call a leak locater but had an appointment so he had a colleague come meet the leak locator. When Robert returned he stated the locater and co-worker had not done what he asked so he walked from the job, leaving the coworker to make the repairs. It was thanksgiving and they said they would return the following monday to start. We put my father in the hospital for cancer the day after thanksgiving. On monday they arrived and corralled my mother into signing a contract without allowing me to review the agreement. One of my original stipulations was to have a manifold added during the replumbing of our home Both Robert and the Coworker agreed and understood. When the job was completed, my mother paid the balance due in full, received a paid in full letter and, then, I discovered there was no manifold. I went to the manager, (found out later he was the owner) told him my dilemma, and he said he would check into it and call me back. Next day he calls and tell me they undercharged me and if i would pay the balance, that we owed, they would come put in a manifold. Funny, the balance we were given was about the cost of a manifold and a little labor.
They never completed the agreement, sent bills to my mother for over a year demanding payment for this mysterious balance and we still have an incomplete job... I feel they took advantage of my mother's ignorance in plumbing, during a vulnerable time with dad in the hospital.
Horrible, dishonest, shady.. experience. I would never use this company again.
**Also, the Manager/Owner explained to me that these guys have a minimum price they have to charge and anything they can add above and beyond that is bonus for the salesman/installer. Basically they can jack the price to anything they want so long as you will pay

Michael V. Technician- was very knowledgeable, efficient & explained things very well. Came out on a 105° day to fix our AC unit! Many thanks.
