TS Heat & Air

They say they are 24 hours. I called twice in the evening and again the next morning.
The lady said it would be a month before a service technician could come out.

Billy was very professional and was good to explain the problem with my air conditioner. He took his time to make sure I was understanding the problem and the solution. Great job and great service. Thank you Billy!

Yeah it’s Saturday, January 12 6:45 PM I’m driving down the Turner Turnpike and almost get runoff the road by one of their workers driving erratically in and out of traffic. Not very bright and dang sure not smart in a company vehicle probably couldn’t get through on the voicemail since it was an on-call tech but I just wanted to leave this review so hopefully that supervisor will see this and take care of it

Had Billy come out this morning on a service call and an hour or so later I actually had cold air blowing throught the whole house. Doing updates as suggested and should be good to go this summer. Great job Billy!!

I asked to have an igniter replaced in my furnace and was charged $109.00 for a diagnosis charge ( I told the servicer what to replace) and was charged $163.00 for a $20.00 part. I will never use TS again and would not refer the company .

I've used them several times and They have been quick to make it out and do a great job. Travis came out today and he was extremely professional and did another great job.

I first was introduced to TS Heat a d Air at a home a garden show. Gabriel was such an amazing young man...this company is trustworthy, diligent, dependable, reasonable.....e everything a person could hope for I a heat and air company!

Called TS Heat and Air Thursday evening, air Conditioning unit stopped working, is 80 degrees in the house, tech said they can't get parts so they will call Friday morning. Friday no call, Saturday no call. Friday night furnace won't come on it's been very cold. Just called again and tech said there is a weekend charge plus 30% upcharge if they have a part in their truck. I will call someone else.

Was told they would come out to work on our AC unit today that they installed and is still under warranty. They stopped answering and now the 24/7 line is just a recording that says mailbox full.

Pulls out in front of me and I had to slam on my breaks. Then proceeds to go under the speed limit. I'm on my way to work and when we hit the turnpike and I am finally able to pass him he thinks it's funny. Cool story bro. Here's your 1 star.
