TS Heat & Air

With the maintenance agreement we were able to get TS Heat & Air out in less than 18 hours. Billy our tech was great he explained everything, was courteous and fixed our AC quickly. Sylvester our previous tech was also great and very patient with the work that was needed. We will only use TS Heat & Air.

After having the same issue almost one year to the day with my air conditioner blowing warm air, Billy worked diligently until he discovered the problem. I felt like be actually cared about fixing it and not putting a band aid on it for a temporary solution. He returned and took care of what ended being a leak and I look forward to what I’m confident will be a cool and comfortable summer for years to come. He’s very professional and I highly recommend him and TS Heat and Air.

We had Billy come out to our house we just purchased for a second opinion. He was extremely kind and very thoroughly explained everything to us, along with all of our options. In the end he ended up saving us from spending more than $11,000!! We will definitely be calling TS Air for any and all of our heating and air needs!

Service was prompt. The office kept me updated with what was going on and let me know when the tech would be out. The tech called before he came and was pleasant and clean, did the job efficiently and the price was reasonable for services performed. I will use this company again in the future.

Gabe was a great representative of the TS Air Conditioning and Heating team. Then came the outstanding installation team. John and Rick are great working together. Their work was seamless and could not look or operated any better. I could not be happier with them. The young ladies on the phone were very knowledgeable also. The only problem my wife and I had was waiting for them to get here. I even tried to bribe Gabe to move me to the head of the line but he wouldn't do it. I have already told several others about this great group of people.

Great service from phone call to the tech on site. The tech Travis made a change in his appointments so I could make a another appointment that evening. While he was on site he explained everything that he was doing and why. Also Travis had no issue educating me about my newly purchased houses very old air conditioning system. Will be using again.
