My heater stopped working on Christmas Eve and Jason saved the day! He fixed the issue and I wasn’t charged an emergency repair fee for having him out on a weekend. Jason was thorough and professional. Interstate is the best!

Jesse was not only professional and on time, he went above and beyond trying to help us figure out what was wrong with our air conditioning system. He went well beyond trying everything he knew to do to make it not be the compressor, but in the end that's exactly what it turned out to be and by no fault of ours or his but of another company. He pointed out everything to me in great detail so that I would be fully aware of what he was trying to explain to me and why things didn't add up after looking at the previous invoice from another company. So thank you Jesse for your hard work and honesty and being Who You Are, this company's lucky to have you.

My call was immediately and pleasantly answered and greeted. My A/C had gone out and a timely appointment was booked. Not long after my call, they had an opening and Kianoosh was on his way.

Kianoosh was outstanding. He walked me through all the things he was checking, explaining the entire process, he did a full check to determine the failure, quickly made the repair, completed the rest of his servicing, and left no trace of his work other than a fully working A/C.

The price and quality of service were both outstanding. I would highly recommend and look forward to having them out again for regular maintenance.

The experts performed replacement of air handler, line set and refrigerant. Jeremiah and Mario were personable and had a great attitude. They were on time, explained everything and answered all the questions. They paid attention to details and did not rush. They were very knowledgeable, and I felt secure about the job they did.

Amanda was great at communicating in preparation for the visit. Chris was wonderful to speak with, involved me into the details of the repair, gave insight into future issues, and provided options for the repair. Thanks

Jason was fantastic and kept me in the loop during the repair.

JC did my semi-annual AC/Heating checkup. Changed filters, checked the outside fans and cleaned the system. All looked good and running. Job well done. Very polite and arrived on time. I received my phone call from the office advising he was on way. Amanda was also polite and courteous. All people I have dealt with have been helpful since I had the unit put in approximity 5 years ago. I highly recommend Interstate Heat and Air. Customer service has always been good!

I had an estimate done for future service. The tech was excellent. I will have then back once my growing list of home projects.

Joe did a fine job and was very conscientious in following up. I cannot fault a service tech when his employer price gouges even long time business customers of many years. $250 for a $25-$30 capacitor is too brazen; I expect parts to be marked up on a repair job, but this isn’t the first time I’ve been heavily overcharged. Interstate Heat and Air is a solid, competent company, but they’ve gotten far too greedy.

Good service performed with timely scheduling. Our technician was at the house within an hour or so of calling the company. Chris was quick and responsive, and performed the repair with ease it seamed. The price was a little stiffer than I figured would be required for that level of repair, but I was offered a Veteran's discount - which I appreciated. Regardless, I'm satisfied with the business conducted.
