My technician, Joel, was very professional and arrived on schedule. He went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied and that there was nothing more that he could do for me. He ensured me that my system is working properly and that he did not find any issues. I truly appreciate the excellent service that I received today.

Isaac James what is the most professional and immaculate HVAC hero I’ve ever met. He single-handedly saved my dog and my home from the burning wildfire that was the temperature inside my 85° home. He did everything short from cooking me a candle light dinner. Effortlessly asking about symptoms and history to diagnose the issue better than I’ve seen cardiovascular surgeons prepare for surgery. Doing everything from checking the systems outside and inside to thoroughly exam the problem. He efficiently and quickly fixed my broken system in 30 minutes. If you could get Isaac James specifically to fix your system, then I highly recommend it. He is just as good at fixing HVAC systems as he is at conversation. I haven’t laughed this hard in a while. I am well beyond satisfied with his service, his professionalism, and his humor. I am active duty military, and I have put more effort into this review than I have ever put in an any EPR or awards package. Even though I am an E4 and I’ve never written one. This just goes to show how highly I recommend and commend Isaac James for his immaculate service.

My heating stopped working late Saturday night. I called and made an appointment for the following Sunday morning at 10 am. The dispatch I called to set it up was very helpful and efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing and had me scheduled and off the phone in 5 minutes, which was very convenient considering it was almost midnight when I made the call. The next morning I received a call from the technician 30 min before arrival. Isaac arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was very efficient in making the repair and had the system up an running in less than an hour. He also went above and beyond to check and replace the filter. Also, Isaac was a very personable individual. He was extremely nice and patient in explaining the issue and making sure I didn’t have any questions. Just pleasant individual to be around. I would definitely recommend Interstate/Isaac for an HVAC issues.

He found out what was wrong and fixed the problem quickly. There were earwigs in the box that was designed to keep bugs out. It doesn't make much sense, but as long as he fixed it who cares? He was very professional.
