Joe was great as he worked on our AC unit; professional and knowledgeable at what he does. I appreciate him making sure all our questions were answered and explained to us what he was doing and what was needed to make the repairs. No unnecessary sales of parts/equipment not needed or pressure to spend more money that what was needed. Joe communicated via cell phone updating me on his arrival time which was turned out way sooner than originally scheduled. Much appreciated! Very impressed and happy with Joe and Interstate Heating & Air.

It is such a pleasure working with you all. Kianoosh went above and beyond today while changing out my filter (had to take door off hinges!). Isaiah F and Mario did a great job during install and were a welcome joy to be have in our home during such a time. Jake was very patient, kind and knowledgeable through our many sales questions and visits, while the ladies in the office provide excellent front line service.

Interstate Heat & Air always takes care of things in a timely manner. Had new AC unit put in and the guys were awesome!!! Very kind, efficient and they cleaned everything up before they left. Office personnel are very kind and efficient!! Will not use anyone else for all my heat and air systems!
