Interstate Heating & Air Conditioning

The technician, Joseph, who came to my house was fantastic. He was professional and knowledgeable and gave me the information I needed to better care for my A/C. I have used Interstate before and will use them again. I would also recommend Interstate to friends and family (and the rest of the internet obviously 🙂).

Great service, really professional everything works well. Only downside is i do think it was a bit pricey for cleaning of a minisplit unit. 530 in total for a full cleaning. Granted the job was great 10/10 no issues with the work done on the unit. But I'm glad I now know how to do it myself. I will definitely call again if i have a serious issue with any of my units.

Jake was very professional and explained what he was doing or needed to be done beforehand. He also didn't mind me watching and learning as he completed his work,overall very nice and educated young man!.From the time I set my appointment until Jake arrived the customer service was in contact with me and also very professional. Highly reccommend!!

I have not used the company yet. I am looking for estimates to replace my AC/heating system. But I was very pleased with the estimate and scope of the work they have recommended for the cost. Will probably get one more quote but feel pretty strong about working with this company. Jake was very patient with me and explained everything so that I understood.

I appreciate the honest punctual and efficient way they do business, especially with this particular technician. When there is an issue with your unit, they show you why by showing you the malfunctioning part in your presence and I appreciate that. This way as a customer I am not just being told something. So far, my experience with this company is all positive. The technician you sent out this time was most courteous, respectful, and above all caring. He was most helpful and attended to areas I pointed out that needed some attention. I really did appreciate that. Such character in an individual is sorely missing in today's world.

Ray was very thorough, answered my questions clearly and broke it down so I could understand. I definitely will use him again if needed. He spent more time explaining the maintenance and fixing the unit than trying to make a sale. He is a good & honest technician.
