Kianoosh was very thorough and patient. He answered all of our questions in a straightforward manner giving us the information we needed to make the best decision in our best interest.

Isaac came to my home to complete a free estimate as a different company had looked at our system, and told us we were missing a piece that would cause the entire HVAC system to fail. Their advice was to replace the entire system with an estimate of $9-$15k. To say we were shocked is an understatement. So we called Interstate, and Isaac arrived. He found our system didn't even use the part the other company said was missing, it used a different kind of valve. He checked the system and found that while it was an older system and not as efficient as it could be, it currently didn't need a full immediate replacement. Isaac reviewed some items that could be replaced now, as well as some estimates for future system replacement. Isaac really took his time to explain everything to us and show us things to keep in mind as a homeowner. He was so kind and very patient. He really put our nerves at ease and helped us make a plan for our future. If you need HVAC services I highly recommend Isaac and the team at Interstate heating and cooling!

Great service. Nathan did a great job and even helped me a little with a plumbing leak that just happened to bust while he was at the house checking out the air conditioning system. I would definitely reccomend this company and I will use them again in the future.

I use the maintenance program with this company and have always had a great experience. I am ready for an upgrade and requested a consultation. Kianoosh came out to help with this. Mario and Jeremiah are both kind and courteous. They worked long hours on a difficult install because of the tight hvac closet. I don't know they're salary, but they both deserve a raise. This is our 3rd complete replacement job on different locations and Interstate has always given us top notch service.
