Jason came out and was so friendly while getting everything done plus beyond our expectations! He explained the workings, hows, and the whys in understandable language!
We have had recent bad experiences with pro services and Jason with Interstate was very refreshing and gives us all hope!

Thank you Jake Kring. You made this experience very easy for us. Jake gave us an estimate and there were no surprises with the billing or installation. He was very knowledgeable, explained our options and answered all the questions we had. We were also very impressed with our installation team. Jason, Mario & Jeremiah were all fantastic. They worked so hard and got the job done on time. They were very professional, cleaned everything up and took the time to explain the system to us. My a/c went out on a day that was a 103 degrees outside and they were there an hour earlier than the appointment time and had it running with in a half an hour. When my old a/c unit fail and I need someone fast and reliable help. I'll be calling Interstate Heat & Air Conditioning with good faith that this company has your best interest at heart.

Isaac was awesome today when he came by to check on our AC unit. Took the time to explain things to me that I could look out for and definitely went above and beyond what was needed to make sure we were happy customers. Before they even showed up I was already happy with them because of the communication the company has with the customers. Not only do you get a time slot (mine was 10am-12pm) but they also called when he left his last appointment and headed this way so we could be expecting him. Interstate heating and air conditioning is an great company and with employees like Isaac who truly take care of the customer I would happily recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

Just had maintenance done on my system today by Blake and I am impressed. This company must hire the best people in the industry because he was great. Took the time to explain what he was looking at and doing, also gave me a few pointers on how to help keep my house cooler in the hot summer days we get here! Will be using and recommending this company to anyone!

Worst experience I've had with a heat and air company. 1st off my appointment was supposed to be just for a $99 ac tune up. Rod was incredibly unprofessional. My husband is a 100% disabled veteran and his only source of income is through the VA disability. Rod continued pressuring my husband to sign up for their program that was going to be $206 in addition to the $99 ac tune up cost. My husband politely refused. After my husband refused this program Rod now tells my husband that our fan capacitor is about to go out and needs to be replaced immediately or our ac will not work, mind you we just turned on our ac last night and it was working fine. Rod then continues his high pressure sales tactics and again is trying to get him to sign up for the $206 program, which my husband again refused. Rod then comes back and says that our unit now needs 1lb of freon @ a cost of $169 and that we definitely need to get that taken care of asap for the unit to function properly. Side note, this house is brand new and we've lived here for 2 years this June so the fact that this was all discovered today is baffling. These people use high pressure tactics to make you feel like you have to fix or replace something right away that very second or you won't have any ac for your home. I unfortunately was not home at this time so I was not able to send Rod on his way so we could find someone trustworthy to give us an opportunity to do some shopping around to find a company with good quality staff & professionalism. We now feel taken advantage of, ripped off and cheated out of $540. Taking advantage of veterans that have limited income is just morally wrong and this company is making a profit off that. I will be reporting this company to the Department of Veteran Affairs as well as the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS OF COURSE YOU WANT TO SIGN UP FOR THEIR "PROGRAM".
