Chris was wonderful. He came out within a half an hour on a Sunday night and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He had us back up and running within a couple of hours even though he had to leave and go get a new motor for our unit. Prices were very fair and work was great. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for heat and ac service.

My heater went out recently. Called Chris and he was at my house within a few hours and he got it going again the same day. Went out of his way to get me a few extra things I needed while picking up the replacement part. Very helpful and the price was much less than I expected. Had another issue with the hear last week (unrelated to first issue) Chris had someone at my house within an hour and had it going right away once again. Best experience I have had with a hear and air company. Very nice to do business with. Will be using them again for future needs.

The heater stopped working on the worst possible time of the coldest night of the year; New year's Eve. It was 50°F in my house and dropping throughout the night. By 10 o'clock this morning the freezing cold was unbearable, and my expecting wife and I were going desperate after many attempts trying to get the heater to come on at least for a while. Trust me, I even watched a few YouTube videos looking for solutions, but nothing really worked. I started searching online for the best HVAC technicians near our home and found Comfort Masters upon the first highest rated and gave them a call. I'd be surprised if any company would answer the phone on New year's day; but we are very thankful that Chris answered the phone promptly. After explaining the situation to Chris, he said he would be here within an hour. He showed up to our home as he promised even sooner than expected. He went to work right away and got the issue fixed within minutes; after all, he explained to us the details of the problem and how he approached it. He charged us a very fair price for the job. I am very impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, experience, and attention; even with the fact that he came out on New Year's day to take care of us. Chris exemplifies the true meaning of an ethical professional small business owner. Chris visited my home late one evening and quickly diagnosed and confirmed my suspicions with my 25 year old HVAC. It was worn out and dangerous to operate. Chris worked me up a couple of options with reasonable quotes that night and the next morning his team of technicians were onsite working. My furnace and air conditioner were completely replaced and operational within 12 hours after my initial visit with Chris. Outstanding craftsmanship and professionalism! Chris Gentry with Comfort Masters was awesome. At 1130pm on a Saturdat night, 2 days before I went in for shoulder replacement surgery and on seriously reduced income for months, Chris came out and fixed our compressor. It was July in Oklahoma and incredibly hot outside and my daughter had friends staying the night. With no time for me to fix it due to it being night and a weekend and having to have surgery Monday morning, Chris did us a tremendous service and saved us from a ton of problems. I will recommend him for any HVAC service and will only use him in the future.

Chris, did a great job servicing our air condition. he was on time and knew exactly what was wrong, he also had time to answer my questions. I would highly recommend him to whom ever I know that needs air-conditioning service. I am going using him in the future.

After several days of ridiculous heat upstairs and waiting for a returned call from another heat and air company, I contacted Comfort Masters and spoke with Chris. He was so kind and offered my husband some solutions that we could try before the visit. Immediately our AC started working more efficiently and we are sooo sooo thankful that we were able to correct that without another difficult evening upstairs and that we were able to save our money!
