AC quit in August 2022, received 4 quotes and finally settled on Interstate Heating and Air to replace both the AC and Gas Heating unit. They arrived timely and on schedule but did not provide me any information including brand, serial numbers or model until today.but we’re happy to take my $10,000 for a new system. I was told this new unit would be more efficient than the 2001 unit. To date, there has been no decrease in kilowatt or units delivered from the old unit usage. Interstate just asked if OGE read my meter in-person or virtually. No offer to send someone to look it over. I finally disconnected after telling I would call OGE to find out and to have a nice day. Also discovered the electricity in my attic and attic lift no longer work since that day. I would strongly avoid this company.

My heat thermostat stopped working recently; I called Interstate; they scheduled an appointment for the same day and they arrived 30 minutes early. The repairman diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and I've had no further problems. I really like this company.

Highly recommend. They gave me worst case scenario cost but did everything in their power to reduce that cost. It ended up not being the worst case price.

Wonderful experience! Quick, affordable, and the best part; the techs keep most parts stocked on their transits which meant there was no "Let me go pick up the part really quick.", or "I'll need to put an order in for the parts. It'll take 2-3 business days". Absolutely the best experience I've had in years. Thank you for keeping my family safe during this heat wave!

It would be difficult to convey just how happy we are that we ran across Interstate Heating & Air Conditioning, because all the usual positive adjectives you read in reviews just don't quite measure up!

Jake was amazingly patient with me/us and answered our most important questions, which were the ones we didn't know we had. Then, once hired and all the parts were available, our installers were quick, efficient, neat, and courteous. We are seniors and don't process information quickly, but they were so patient and kind with us (Jeremy and Jerimiah!).

THREE different companies had come out to diagnose and bid on getting our HVAC problems diagnosed and brought up to snuff. We had been cooking all summer and freezing all winter, and all 3 of those companies wanted to simply replace our entire system to "solve all our problems." Our current "system" was installed by the home-flipper who used cheap, and sometimes previously used materials that didn't even have the right size fittings (like, 6" plenums to 4" plastic ducting AND only one 12" X 24" air intake for a 1500 Sf home!). Jake was also the ONLY one who actually crawled under the house to diagnose our problems. The others just pointed their flashlights into the crawl space and gave us "the bad news." Jake also explained that there may be a long delay in obtaining ducting due to supply chain issues, but we were willing to wait since he was the ONLY one who felt our current system was not only fixable, but that it would be more than adequate for many years to come with the right parts, an additional intake, and with regular maintenance. THEN, since he had been SUPER careful not to underbid his estimate, the final tally was actually over $3K LESS than itemized! IOW, they didn't add or replace anything that didn't need fixing or replacing or hadn't been talked about. Now we are FINALLY WARM all over the house for the first time in 3 years!
A BIG THANK YOU to EVERYONE at Interstate! More good news for us is that we purchased their maintenance plan, so we will see them twice a year.

They don't charge anything extra for after hours service. My service tech Jake was very knowledgeable and worked within my budget to get maximum value for my $$

Jake & Jeremy had to replace my water heater since it had a leak. Old unit was 10 years old. They removed the old unit and installed the new unit. Jake showed me how to change the temperature setting, in case I wanted to up the hot water. They completed the install and serviced my central air unit as well. They were courteous, respectful and professional. Great customer service too. Thank you for your employees.

Professional and fast but replacement parts are on the expensive side. Paid $250 for a new Capacitor and $99 for the service itself. Even though it wasn't cheap, I'd use them again in the future
