Outstanding service by Joe. My A/C quit working early Saturday morning so I called and got emergency work order setup for that evening. He showed up earlier than expected and found the problem quickly. He was very professional and courteous, explaining all he was doing, informed me what needed done to keep system running good. Completed his work, and cleaned areas he worked, very pleasant whole time he was here. Excellent service as always. I let him know how much I appreciated him coming early and the work he did. He is a very humble man. Great person and technician for INTERSTATE H&A.

Yesterday, I called to see if a tech could come out for a furnace issue. This was the first time I have used this company. Amanda was extremely friendly, understanding, and helpful when I first called about the problem with my furnace. The tech Isaac was extremely knowledgeable and educated me on future options without making me feel pressured to have unnecessary work done. I was really impressed with Interstate and will definitely call them in the future for HVAC maintenance or repairs. Both Amanda and Isaac were patient and kind. It was refreshing to experience that level of service.

I have a maintenance plan with Interstate and they always do a great job. Isaac came out today to get my heater checked out. He was professional, clean, answered all my questions and did a thorough job!

Knowledgeable about possibilities for the source of the problem; found a more affordable solution for the time being. Identified items that would need replacement in the future to avoid continued costly repairs without pressure to make those repairs right now.

Interstate heating. Helped me out with thermostat and furnace not heating due to froze pipes. Rebecca the customer service rep did a Fantastic job she wrote down the issues and set up an appointment for next day. The technician Issac did all he could got the thermostat going. But furnace was still heating. Cleaned the hoses removing any frozen residue told me to wait until the pipe defrost. Wait 24 hours. Should get furnace heating again normally. And it did a lot sooner within 10 hours it was working excellent. I will definitely recommend anyone to utilize interstate heating services for their HVAC needs.

I had an issue with my heater not heating, and they had a tech available immediately to come out to diagnose the issue. It wasn’t HVAC related, but the tech was knowledgeable and helped figure out the problem. I was impressed with the speed of service.

We had a wonderful experience. Not only were they able to come out same-day, but quickly did a thorough job. Our dryer vent was more complicated than average, but they went above and beyond to ensure it was well cleaned.

Great experience! Technician arrived on time. He listened as i explained the problem. He troubleshot and immediately found the problem. He repaired and test ran the system for about 20 minutes. All checked good.

Would highly recommend these guys! We had trouble over the last few weeks with our H&A, where the furnace would just stop heating randomly. We went one or two nights without heat as a result. Brandon stopped by, and was super professional and helped us get this fixed quickly! We signed up for the semi-annual service and will definitely be seeing these guys again next year.
