We contracted Brad’s to replace our HVAC system and from the time we contacted them to completion, the communication was top tier. The installation process was smooth. The techs that came to our home were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Brad’s is a company we trust and will use for our future heat and air needs.

After being hit with an unusually high electric bill I figured out furnace was to blame. Got a hold of Brad H&A and he came out the same day to assess the issue, as I know nothing about furnace repair. He was able to diagnose the problem within a half hour and came back just a few days later to fix it completely, seeing as my heat was working just was never shutting off. And a bonus, the expected repair price was much lower than originally thought. Brad is very knowledgeable about what he does and his work is honest!

Our AC unit was leaking and were able to fix the issue quickly. Whoever originally installed the unit put a pipe at a slant, so it kept clogging. The technician fixed it and even followed up a week later. They also did a great job at cleaning our outside unit so we could have better (and cooler) air flow. Just look at this before and after.

Very friendly and reliable. Brad came out the day after I called him -- I felt very comfortable with the information he provided. My unit was old and really needed to be replaced. Brad gave me a quote, and I chose to go with it! Jason and Caleb came out and replaced the AC unit on Monday, and the heat unit on Tuesday.....just as they'd promised.
