Very professional. Installed 2 H&A systems. Brad was here when he said he would be and did an extremely neat job. Estimate was what the job cost - no surprises! Will continue to use then for annual service.

They passed me over for a service call because I did not answer my phone to confirm someone was home. Whoever scheduled my appointment should have given me the information and their process so I could have given them an alternate phone number to call. When I did return their phone call the receptionist was NOT helpful and transferred me to Brad, he however also had an attitude. I completely understanding needing to confirm someone is home in a service industry but every other delivery or service company I have used in the past informs their customers of their policy at the time the appointment is scheduled!!

I called last night my a/c had went down, Brad stopped by and looked at the situation on his way home, they came first thing this morning all very friendly worked until everything was perfect. Definitely recommend this company

He won’t fix my AC because there is dog poop in my back yard. I think the problem was too big and he didn’t know how to fix it. He looked at it and he said “I didn’t come prepared to do this” .... You are an AC guy and you didn’t come prepared to fix my AC? Okay so you wasted my time. It’s a big job. It probably would have paid him a lot of money. Guess he doesn’t like being paid, so he can keep his shoes squeaky clean. I don’t know how this man stays in business.

We had our entire 36 year old system replaced including duct work. They were professional, polite and did a great job! Highly recommend!

Brad did a great job for me. He showed up on time, did the job and was very friendly and considerate. Good job, Brad.

Watch out for diagnosis fees. 94 for the call and an extra 70 if they happen to go over 15 minutes. They won't tell you if they do so get your stop watch out.
