I will have to disagree with the other reviewer, I have been waiting on an estimate for over 1 month to change out an older unit. Brad came out and did a survey and said he would have me an estimate in a few days, after calling several times. Brad has not returned my calls nor left an estimate with the receptionist. Brad was recommended to me by a co-worker who had work done in the past.
So it seems unless Brad can make a lot of money off of a job, he wants nothing to do with it.
YMMV.
Update: I had another company come and put in my new unit, a good competitive price and great work, the city inspector that came out said these guys do good quality work. Ideal Heat and Air

Brad's Heating & Air just finished replacing our old Heating & Air units. Brad and his crew are polite and very professional. They definitely pay attention to detail. I am very pleased with the job they did. I've been using Brad for 20+ years. I highly recommend these guys.

Brad's Heating & Air Inc did a fantastic job fixing our AC unit and repairing our gas heating units in our warehouses. Their employees were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.

I saw the negative reviews and couldn't believe it. I have had nothing but absolute professionalism from Brad and his team. They are extremely knowledgeable and very fair. They have been out to my house multiple times and have resolved my issue every time. If you need work, do yourself a favor and call them, you won't regret it.

Watch out for diagnosis fees. I made a appointment for a leaky pcv pipe in front of my unit. I told the gentleman at time of making the appointment that it was not a emergency, it was a small easy job. I was not home at the time they came out, but my girlfriend was. They literally took about 15 minutes to put a new pcv pipe and replace it on front of unit. $16 for parts. total bill of $290. $90 of the bill was a diagnosis fee I call back when i saw the bill to discuss it being i felt excessive for what was done. The owner, Brad, explain to me that it what what they need to charge to stay in business and to provide good service. That may be true, I am just saying it was never mentioned up front, and I fell for what they did it was excessive. I would expect a fair hourly rate and price of parts. When I told Brad that, he told me that I had the right to not call them again, and write a review, so that is what I am doing

Had our heater go out early this morning. Ended up calling two heating & air companies for quotes. The first company said we needed a whole new unit but thankfully we called Brad before taking that step. Ended up only being a motor issue. They checked it all out & changed the necessary parts for only 15% of what the other guys wanted to charge me. Everything from the initial phone call & the technician interaction always top notch. Would recommend to anyone.

Great service. Brad personally came out to fix my mother-in-law‘s air compressor unit after the capacitor went out. He also worked in the heat and cleaned the entire unit. I’ve always had great service from them in years past.

I would not recommend Brad's!
I was charged $ 700 for two AC tune-ups and to have one of those units plugged in. There was nothing wrong with my AC unit; it just needed to be plugged into the wall. Two workers came out to do a one person job. One of those workers stood around most of the time, but I was charged double for labor. I called the company to complain about the outrageous cos, bu I was told that by having two workers I would save money.
Yeah right!! $400 for labor alone!! I will not call them again.
