Airco Service

Installation was fine. The aesthetics of the piping work was average at best. One pipe is vertical and the one next to it is at an angle. Cut a hole in the drywall so the new shutoff valve can operate through its full range.

Guys at Airco were all exceptionally professional and polite. They did quality work at a fair price without cutting corners. I was very happy with the work they did to install a tankless hot water heater in my home.

Albert was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was so glad to sign up for their membership. I also recommend the D7, it does help with the air quality.

Technician was on time and extremely professional. This was her first video doorbell install, and I was having power issues which she traced to the transformer and replaced it and insured everything was up and running before she left. Outstanding!

After a very disappointing experience with Liszeski Plumbing, we reached out to Lowe’s for help with our water heater, who contacted Airco Services to help us remedy the problem.

Shortly after 8 a.m. the following morning, an Airco rep contacted me to schedule an appointment. By 9:30 a.m. a second rep showed up and walked us through all of our options. In hopes of avoiding any additional negative experiences with repair reps, we opted for a new hot water tank installation. And to our amazement, we were told that the tank could be installed that day. Sure enough, within a few hours two licensed plumbers arrived and installed our new hot water tank.

I can’t speak highly enough about everyone that we encountered from Airco Services. They were all friendly, professionals that did an amazing job and it was all done in less than one day.

Jeffery as always very professional and answered my questions . I ask about the various other services they provided and he took the time to explain them. Plus weather or not I required it for my system.

They were very professional, friendly, driven to do a job well done. They fixed our flu duct and replaced needed materials and fixed the dryer duct that was missing parts too. I would definitely have them do more work for us in the future!😁👍

Airco installed attic installation in the fall of 2022. Their people were professional and their work was impressive. As the work was being completed one of their employees pulled up a form on his tablet, input some information that he said he would submit the form to OG&E for a rebate. I signed the form and was told the form would be submitted. The following day the same employee called and asked for a picture of my electric meter and I sent it to him a few minutes later. Fast forward a few months. No rebate. I called OG&E and the paperwork was never submitted, so I called Airco - twice. The office staff was very polite and promised someone would check and get back with me. Since then it’s been crickets. So for me, it was a mixed bag. It feels like once they got paid and drove away they were no longer interested in helping.

Company failed to show up on time. When checked upon, they said they were 45 min out when in fact they were 2 hrs out. Left no time for actual service and had to cancel and waste a half day at work to not get my main goal accomplished. Would not suggest using.
