Airco Service

Our technician, Wade Winnard, was exceptionally professional and friendly. He came out on Christmas morning and got us fixed up in short order.

I'll never use or recommend these guys to anyone ever again. The tech showed up late to do a typical service tune up. I wasn't having any issues just wanted to get a tune up before it started getting in the 100's. The tech advised my condensing unit was over 1lb low on refrigerant and it would cost $300-$400 on top of the service charge. I told him that I'd have someone I know come out and check it because we hadn't been having any issues and it would be likely freezing up if we were that low. The tech looked at me weird and gave me a hesitant "OK." Immediately after the tech left, my unit froze up and we spent the next day and half with a 90 degree house waiting for Airco to come back out to fix it. We eventually had to pay another company to come out on a saturday to fix it.

Didn’t fix it properly. They were expensive so we hoped we would get a working unit. We didn’t. They’re incredibly overpriced but still can’t get a job right. They don’t give their workers enough time to get to or complete jobs. They try to upswell you while rushing, resulting in lousy work. I also don’t approve of how their worker recklessly sped through my neighborhood street on their way out while kids were out playing.

Airco did amazing. They communicated well and was really professional and mindful. I would recommend their services.

My first experience with Airco Service was the purchase and installation of a tankless water heater earlier in 2022. When my A/C went out this week, I called my Hime Warranty provider. The company they assigned could not come for three days. I called Airco Services who sent a very professional technician the next day. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes and the cost was no more than the co-pay that I would have paid the warranty company. I have since enrolled in the maintenance program that Airco offers. They will come twice a year and maintenance my system. Money well spent. I look forward to a long business relationship with Airco.

Because of health issues within the family, we decided it was imperative that we order a generator. We contacted Airco Service, spending thousands of dollars on the installation of a generator and also signing up for the Maintenance Plan.
After the generator was installed, there were two power outages. Both times the generator failed to work. There was no charge the first time the Maintenance crew came to service the generator. The second time we were charged $99! Does this make any sense? We are charged because a generator costing thousands of dollars has yet to work!
Still, the question remains. Will the generator work the next time there is a power outage?

My generator works now. Jared was excellent and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Jared was great.

We really had a great experience with this company from the very first day. We had to techs come out, one for plumbing estimate and a tech for our AC. Very professional and knew their jobs. Customer service was just as great. Will definitely keep them for our service needs. Thanks Airco

Hello All, So I Really wish I could have written a good review but no such luck, I scheduled in advance online and was given a 1pm thru 5pm window time for the techs arrival. so I scheduled to be off work for the day and waited around the house and they never showed, I received a phone call from them at 6:30pm and it was nothing but excuses as to how busy they were, but wait a minute, I had an appointment and they should have honored that. they cost me 5 hours of pay from work, very unprofessional !!
