Airco Service

I have used them for the last 2 years for my HVAC maintenance. They have always been courteous and professional. They have answered any questions I have and have been amazing. I highly recommend them. Oh and the service techs don't mind my cat helping them.

The overflow was overflowing into the floor. Logan could have told me I needed a plumber to fix it. Instead, he went above and beyond to get it unplugged. He was very nice and was determined to get the issue resolved. He did a great job and I will definitely use your company again because of him!

We had a terrible experience with Airco. Below is a picture of my unit after supposedly paying to have the unit cleaned out. I was at work and my wife was at home. Needless to say, within 24 hours of Airco doing the service our unit shut down. When I called Airco to fix this problem, Joshua who I spoke with defended his worker and was going to charge us a fee to send someone out. In other words, they wanted to double charge us for a service they never provided, already charged us, and wanted to charge us again. We had to find someone else to do the task Airco could not provide - what a nightmare and inconvenience - no integrity at all.

Logan was very nice and explained in detail what we needed. He did not try to upsell me on things we didn't need. He arrived on time and went straight to fixing our issue. Very happy with Airco and will recommend

We hired Airco to replace our HVAC system because we liked product and the price they provided. Roy and Blade came out and installed a new system and did a wonderful job. Thank you! We are happy customers.

Logan Moss replaced the cooling coil in the furnace and serviced our AC. We are now cooling the house again. With help from your sheet metal guy the job was quicker. He did another fine job and was here promptly. I was very Logan impressed with Logan Moss professional knowledge. I’m glad Airco is here to help us.

They were great called on a Saturday was able to come out fix my air was a small problem but did not know that when I called. Came out checked it out fixed it was really great. Did know how long it would be to come out but would call before they came out and everything was great give them a call I will use them again if I need something done on air or heat.

Airco was great. I had cooling issues, (low on freon), and after calling another company and being told that it depended on when ever they had someone heading my way, I called Airco for next day service. I live in a rural area, but instead of it being a “convenience thing” for them, it was a “service thing” for Airco. Thanks Airco!!

Awesome company, awesome people. They replaced an entire hvac system for me, ductwork and all. They serviced/repaired my other unit. Always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent service! After dealing with another company and having nothing but problems, I can tell you Airco is the best, bar none. I will never use another company! Demondrick is a fantastic technician!

They installed a new heat and air system and redid the duct work. They were on time and very professional. I highly recommend them. Seems we spoke too soon. Within 24 hrs, we had to have them back because the unit would not come on. They were supposed to put in an intake that we paid for that was not put in.
