During an earlier service call, a J&K Service Technician discovered that my coolant was leaking at the copper coil on the air handler. J&K ordered a new coil and arranged to install it. The day it came in their service team arrived on schedule and installed a new aluminum coil. The entire installation took less than two hours. Following their recommendation, I agreed to have them install a shut-off valve for my A/C system. Jerry and Maverick worked well together and stayed hooked up as they moved through the processes. We now enjoy cooler A/C and we're extremely happy with the outcome of having called J&K Heat and Air. Couldn't be happier.

Reviews are usually put for the bad, so here is one with the good and the bad... We started using them for our old unit, they were super friendly and professional. Our air originally went out when it was the hottest part of the summer and the guy that fixed it even brought popsicles for the kids. They came out multiple times after that until we could afford a new unit one time didn’t even charge us just asked when we got a new unit we would use them. And of course we did and I wish I could say our experience got better from there unfortunately it did not. November 18 our heater messed up they came out and “fixed” it. December 23 our outside unit started making a loud noise and the fan wouldn’t spin when we called them they said they would be out but called back asking if it was ok for them to service customers with no heat since we had the emergency heat which we had no problem with they said they would be there later that day or the following Monday. They never showed up. We both work the hours they operate so it was hard to get a time we were off after that to have them come out. January 13 the same heating problem occurred so we called them and never heard back called them again the following day in the morning never heard back. Called again that afternoon and all the lady cared about is if we were willing to pay the overtime charge and I said I’d rather not since we had been calling on weekdays with no response she did not care at all what we had to say so we simply said to please have Jason call us. Again heard nothing until the following Monday when they lady called that called is the usual lady we deal with and let me tell you she is so helpful and nice really I love her best thing about this company right now is her. We set an appointment for them to come out today where they wanted to charge us for an issue they caused from the very beginning because they didn’t put the right part in. It took my husband completely getting mad for them to not charge us the 200 plus they wanted to charge but still ended up paying 100 for a second time of them coming out for the same issue that they caused. The weekend customer services is not it. We selected the unit we have from their recommendation because it is one they have the least issues with and I honestly feel like we got played at this point. Imagine spending thousands on a new unit to still have to keep having people come out and repair it. I don’t know if I’d recommend them or not at this point. Jason has always been friendly and helpful. However I am highly disappointed in the current service that has been extended to us.

Our AC unit went out! We called the answering service last night and received a call at 0730 this morning. We had a service technician /manager at our home at 1215 and unit fixed and cleaned in less than 45 minutes. Jason was extremely friendly, and eager to help. Thank you J&K for the quick response in our repair.

A/C quit working so we called around to different places to get someone out ASAP. No one could get out to us until next week. I called J and K Heating and Air and I received a call from a tech very quickly. He got us the part we needed fast and fixed the problem in no time. We called another company who came out and said our system was low on Freon - filled it and charged me +$100. That wasn't the problem called them back out - they never showed OR called. J&K came right out fixed our problem and the over charge of the other company. I'm HAPPY AND COOL!! THANK YOU J&K!!

I called J&K for maintenance on our office units. They showed up on time, were very friendly and professional, and they kept us informed of everything they were doing before they did it. EXCELLENT service. I was so impressed I called them for maintenance at my home as well.

Needing some warranty work completed we contacted the company who installed the unit. The company didn't want to take the time to repair the unit until it completely went out. We contacted J & K and went over what our issue was this was on a Friday. That following Monday we spoke again and they had already contacted the Manufacturer to see what they needed to do. By Wednesday they had the unit repaired and we had no worries it would go out in the middle of the night during freezing temperatures. They didn't install this unit and didn't have to go above and beyond the way they did for us for our business but they did. Thank you J & K for taking care of us. We will never use anyone else for our Business or Personal needs except J & K !

They are a great company. They worked on our heating unit this past winter. They were accessible and available as they had to come 2 times late in the evenings. They do an excellent job in getting the units ready for the fall/winter & spring/summer months. I have had an annual service contract with then for several years. I would recommend J & K H/A to any one that is needing a good and reputable company to service your heat/air units!

Laid down to take a nap around 7pm and woke up around 9:30pm. I usually keep my air on 68 degrees and when I woke up it was 77 degrees. I called the answering service and then about 30 min. later Zach called me and let me know he was on the way. Zach got here figured out the problem. I literally can’t say thank you enough for the efficiency and not making me wait. The customer service was awesome. I’m a night shift nurse and I seriously can not say thank you enough!!!! You have an awesome employee Zach!
