Martin’s Heating and Air provided a top rated Unit with a far better warranty at $700 less than their competitors was quoting for a lesser rated unit. They had the unit scheduled and installed within 2 days of purchase agreement. There staff was prompt, courteous, and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend or use their service again if and when needed. Wife and I are very happy with our decision to use Martin’s Heating and Air!

After calling a few companies when my A/C went out right before the labor day holiday weekend I am pleased to say I believe I’ve made the right choice Martin And his team were quick in responding to my call and coming out for a quote as well as getting my A/C unit replaced the very next day ! I know getting work done to your home is stressful especially having to choose who to go with but I would definitely recommend and will be using them for any future needs thank you !

I contacted Martin's to have a floor vent repaired. The staff was very friendly and was able to send a repairman within an hour. They sent a photo of the repairman and he arrived to fix the issue.
We are very pleased with Martin's and will for sure use them in the future.

Technician Cecil came by at his appointed time today after a call for an appointment one business day earlier. He was a very professional and nice to work with. He spent almost two hours addressing the problem I called for as well as doing an annual maintenance.

The gentlemen that came out to do the job treated me respectfully and made sure I was aware of everything they needed/had to do and how everything worked. They cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell they were here! If you’re trying to decide who to go with for maintenance or replacing your current unit I highly recommend going with Martin’s!

Great experience. We had the new units installed about 6 weeks ago and they seem to be working very well as intended. I first called and had set up an appointment on a Friday morning with the sales representative. By the following Monday afternoon, the installation was complete and the old units removed. We purchased a new Lennox heat pump and an indoor air handler. I haven't had the opportunity of having them called out for maintenance yet, but I am sure that would not let me down either. Everyone I spoke with -- the sales representative, the installation team, the owner, and the ladies on the phone -- were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They also handled the warranty registration on their end and sent it to the manufacturer for me so that I didn't have to go through the trouble of doing it myself. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Chose to look into service for my mother’s heater when it started giving her trouble last winter - she had called a local individual at the time who did a “quick fix” that ultimately didn’t last - as a second opinion I set up an appointment with Martins HVAC. They were very quick in responding, had a guy out the next morning and corrected the issue quickly. Fortunately for my mother, the issue they corrected turned out to be a result of the previous work done and had my mother use that same service I’m not confident that her heater would have been fixed. Strongly recommend!
