Just wanted to say thank you for getting Corbin out to our house hours before I thought he would!!! He was a welcome site with the temperature getting on 80 & going higher. He was very respectful, caring and patient with me.
I recommend Airco and there staff!!! This above post was a 5 ⭐️

I hate to be posting this, but when you pay out over $18,000 one should expect top quality service. The installation crew removed our attic pull down as well as the molding. I ended up calling to let the office know that my attic pull down & all trim looked like a 2 year old put it up & had so much fun with the nail gun. So, Amber sets it up for someone to come Monday between 1-2pm. I called around 2:45 to see when they were coming. I’m then told it was canceled last week by the install manager, but I was never called & told this.

This point I was mad. After that poor girl listened to me, she took down health issues & that she would pass every thing on to David & he should by here Tuesday about 3, I called the office 3:30 & was told he would be here. So about 6pm David comes in takes a look & says he would need to come back the next day - because he had to go to Lowe’s & get everything. We even talked that he would need to get 2 8ft pieces of molding for two of the 4ft sides & have enough to do both ends. Yes he would need to paint it all to make it all blend together. Well now my attic looks like a 4-5 year old put it back together. There are cuts where there should not be, the paint was applied so thin that you can still see the dirty prints from when the guys pull it out.
I know I was raised in a different era and I was told to leave things nicer/better then when you arrived some where, take pride in what you do!!! Even if that’s just picking up the scraps. I can’t upload the 1st set of 5 photos or the 2nd set of 7 - but I can say I’m not a happy satisfied customer at all!
But, before you sign on the bottom line, make sure you have pictures of before, during & after and that you expect the employees to leave it better then before. Also, if you are an employee - please don’t smoke on a property that’s not ours & for Heavens sake don’t smoke off the porch, if you need a cigarette that bad go sit in your car away from the house. Sorry for being long winded, but you all need to watch out for each other. $18,000 is not a drop in a bucket!!!

Purchased new system 2 years ago for 12k from this company to cool 3000 squ ft. home. Already not working and charged us 700 to diagnose and fix the issue still under warranty. 24 hours later it quit working again! 80 degrees inside! Do not recommend this company!

You can count on AIRCO. After making an appointment for my AC which had stopped blowing air, they kept me advised daily of my appointment date, and answered all questions I had accurately. On appointment day my Technician, Derek, notified me when he was in-route to my home. Derek was kind and mannerly, diagnosed the problem, replaced my blower motor capacitor with parts from his truck, inspected freon level and ascertained output air was to spec. On site from 30-45 minutes. Price a little over $200.00. Very good experience and the cool air fells so good. Thanks AIRCO.

I called Airco Service on Thursday because the heating and cooling duct in the attic is leaking water. Justin came on Friday, and he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem. After explaining what the issue was and what was needed to repair the leak with my permission, he ordered the parts.
My wife and I agree that Justin is a great asset to Airco and we are looking forward to seeing him next week when he installs the new parts.

Great job. The sevice agent is very knowledgeable and friendly and fixed my AC unit very promptly. I appreciate all sevice providers and all they do for the public. Most service fees tend to be very pricey.

I had Airco come out to my home again 3 days after to help with a plumbing issue that I had with my swimming pool. The plumber was rather arrogant and had a helper with him. I had a relatively easy issue for them to solve. I had ordered some parts for the project myself which I had. They couldn't do the job the first time they came to my home because as to their request, I needed to drain my pool below the return inlet. The plumber couldn't find a pvc fitting that would fit inside the pvc inlet, so he used a small fitting which I removed. The fitting only went inside the inlet less than 1/2 inch. If a swimmer bumps into it it will probably come out even though it is glued in. The plumber completed the job using my parts and a few extra fittings and maybe 6 ft of 1" pvc pipe. I drained the pool which took me 2 hours and the water will cost me $150 to $200. They had to go to retrieve a part came back and finished which all in all took 45 minutes, but they didn't secure the pvc to my concrete pool deck. I had to go to Home Depot and spend $25 dollars and finish the job myself which took me 1 hour. What really seems ridiculous is the bill. They wanted $500 for such a small task. I usually do most building and repairs myself, but suffering from blood clots in my left leg I had not felt well for several weeks. Actually I had surgery 2 days after they did the job. So if anyone is needing a plumber maybe you should avoid calling Airco. I feel the plumber was unprofessional and billing extremely excessive. Nothing like a total rip off to make your life suck even more.

It was on a Sunday morning when I had to call Airco to come and fix my HVAC that was not working. They showed up around noon and fixed it promptly and quickly. Very professional friendly service. Value overall was pretty good especially considering it was a weekend day.

Derek was sent to our home to check out the issues with our AC and did a phenomenal job. Super kind, explained everything well, and it was priced reasonably! Would definitely recommend this company!
