Airco Service

For the technician: KC was the best HVAC technician I have ever worked with. My unit had been inspected by three other companies and none of them were able to locate the problem. KC took the time to listen to me, ask the right questions, and figure out the issue. I was not just impressed with his technical ability, but it became clear from talking with him that he really cares about his work and takes pride in doing a great job. He was willing to explain complicated systems in a way that I could understand. This showed me that he cared more about my understanding than about dazzling me with a bunch of technical lingo that would make him look "smart." Mark of a true professional! He worked quickly and cared for my home while he was here. I can't recommend him enough.
For Airco management: I was very grateful that Airco went above and beyond to locate and procure parts for my system. They needed to search multiple suppliers and navigate backorders and other issues to get the parts ordered and then they even had an employee drive 4 hours just to personally retrieve my parts from another state. You exceeded any of my expectations.
For the Airco Phone Center Staff: I must have called twice a week for 4 weeks while they diligently tried to acquire the parts I needed. If I were them, I probably would have been frustrated with the constant contact, but every time they answered, they would pull up their detailed notes, call me by name, and happily discuss the status of the order. Everyone I talked to was friendly, empathetic, and eager to help complete the project. 5 star service all the way around.

Corbin was amazing! I hope he gets to come back and fix my ac! We had to order a part! He is so sweet and professional and knowledgeable! (So after ordering the part I got a call Friday afternoon to ask me if it was ok if they came out tomorrow to fix my AC. I said yes that would be amazing! So I have waited around all day long and I finally called them for them to tell me that I am scheduled for the 16th. I had them go back and listen to the recorded message and the guy I talked to definitely told me today. The dispatcher did apologize …..but man!!!! I have wasted my whole day waiting around. Now I am feeling discouraged and wondering if I am using the right company.

Our technician, Corbin, was so knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot and get our air working again. Everyone at Airco is so professional and friendly. I will definitely use them when needed!

Can't say enough about the Airco Team. It was time to replace our HVAC system and Airco made it a seamless event, from Mike who worked with us on the quote to the install team of Danny, Mike, and Ethan. Highly recommend they are your first call.

Do not believe the tv commercials. The company claims to offer same day service but are booked out a month. We paid the membership fee. We have had them out several times to service our broken air conditioner with zero resolve. Do not use this company if having any air conditioner issues.

Very satisfied with the different personnel. Very friendly and went out of their way to make sure installation was done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them.

KC came for service call to diagnose problem on Saturday & returned to install part unit needed today. He was congenial yet very professional & easy for me to understand. He didn't use tech jargon, thank you for that KC.
I realize that a merger of Air Control & AIRCO has some hurdles but I am
hopeful things will smooth out as
AIRCO adapts to this area. I was not happy with call center personnel.
AIRCO, KC is one of the best HVAC

My a/c unit wasn’t working so I had airco come out to fix it. They lied about pricing over the phone by over $100 dollars, and my a/c went back out with in a week. I had a different company come out and their technician showed a picture of the flow switch (which keeps the water tray from flooding with condensation) disconnected with a live wire exposed just laying on the attic floor. The technician also said that airco wired the rest of the system completely wrong. So basically if it wasn’t for it for their faulty work, my house could of either caught fire or filled is my house with electrified water. This my first online review so I don’t normally complain like this, but this is just on a different level of bad so I had to.
