KC was prompt and advised me of when he would arrive and how long the seasonal maintenance would take. I have no issues with his service and professionalism. However, when I requested the cost of placing a smart thermostat I had bought the charge was FOUR times what I was quoted when the service visit was scheduled. This is not how I did business and I’m uncomfortable continuing a business relationship under these terms.

Air Control installed my system 6 years ago. I have used their maintenance program, that transitioned over to AirCo. On Sunday, I noticed my heater blowing coolish air so I called airco to come out. The technician came out, charged me $80 for a service call and determined that the control board was bad and that it was only producing intermittent heat. The next day he provided a quote for over $700. Today, I had two other companies come out for 2nd and 3rd opinions and both said that the control board was in good working order and the issue was lack of maintenance. Both companies showed me pictures and videos of years of corrosion that should have been being cleaned during the yearly maintenance and was causing the issue with the furnace. Little to say, I do NOT recommend AirCo for service or maintenance.
