Seth was professional and personable and answered all my questions without hesitation. I felt totally confident that he knew what he was doing.

I was charged $327 for taking my garden hose and spraying my ac off. When I called to make the appointment, I was told it would be $119! When I called to ask why my bill was so much, I was told the $119 fee had been waived and the “cleaning” was $299 plus tax! I could have done this myself if I had known. I am a widow living off very little and I am so disappointed that I was taken advantage of!!

My heating and air was making a noise that concerned me and sounded like a popping sound. It was during a snowstorm. I called them and the response was immediate. Timothy drove in bad road conditions and found the problem quickly. He was helpful and professional. I really appreciate his service.

Our furnace went out this winter and Morrow was able to come out next day to identify the issue. They were very patient with all my questions and were able to get the parts and everything repaired in the following week. We decided to sign up with a service plan since we were so impressed.

Disappointed that my unit was installed 7 years ago. A part went bad, I called to get a replaced and was told since they have NEW management it will not be covered. It's covered by a warranty. I will be reported it to BBB, with proof of paperwork and what was told to me.
