They did an excellent job installing the units and did great follow up instructions. They were very competitive on price. I highly recommend.

Phone operators have never heard of Heating or Air can’t take a appointment or Answer a billing question. I’ve done business with Aircontrol which is now Airco for 25 years I’m a local builder Airco never returned calls or followed up with any of our jobs we will no longer recommend this company. 25 year customer and we will make sure our customers know they will not warranty their work.

I had a great experience with this company. The person who took my call and the young man who did the repair were both polite, professional and knowledgeable. They were able to be at my house within an hour of my call. The repair tech did a thorough check of my system after he found the issue to make sure nothing else was wrong. I will definitely call them again if I have issues in the future.

My furnace exhaust air pipe and intake air pipe were mistakenly installed the other way around, which means the hot moist exhaust air was discharged into my attic instead of into outside and intake air was taken from outside instead of from attic. The hot humid exhaust air will damage attic in long term and its carbon monoxide will harm people if leaked into living space. Fortunately I found this mistake in the first winter after it was installed. I also found two other minor issues due to negligence.
