Summit exceeded our expectations. We purchased a unit in preparation for a remodel that kept getting pushed back. Brock held our unit for more than a year. They showed up when they said and did a great job. Everyone of the techs was respectful to me and my home. We will be using them again when we need service. We highly recommend them!

As always Brock was very helpful. We tried to get my phone connected to the thermostat but had to deal with American Standard and still unable to complete the task. Brock was not satisfied with their customer service and said he will figure out a way to get me connected to the system. We may have to install a new thermostat.
The maintenance service was completed with no issues or concerns.

I called Summit Heating and Air and they were at my house in a matter of minutes! Joey was super nice and professional. He quickly fixed our problem by installing a new thermostat. Will recommend to everyone and will definitely use Summits services again!

Great service, used a couple years ago and will continue. Only company that I have used that responds promptly and explains what they’re doing and the cost I’m looking at. Probably drive the guys crazy asking questions while they work but it’s interesting 💪
