I would totally recommend this place! Corbin came to our house and serviced our heater. He was friendly, respectful, helpful, and the price was reasonable, I will definitely be using them again!

Dave Perryman found an issue overlooked by the other service techs. My emergency setting on my thermostat was wired incorrectly. Not a big issue until you have condensation running into your ceiling. Thanks Dave!!!

Jason was professional, friendly, and thorough. He took the time to go over with me all the items he checked during the annual tune up. When I scheduled my appointment, I told the dispatcher that my filters are a weird size. Previous HVAC company told me the filters are too hard to find so they never replaced my filters during routine maintenance.

But today, Jason came with the correct filters in hand, which shows me that Airco pays attention to their customers’ needs! Also shows excellent communication between the dispatcher and the technician. Happy customer!

Diagnosed the problem wrong. Finally fixed it, and tried to charge for 2 parts they didn’t even install. Took 2+ months to return our calls. Also unit broke down again a couple months after they fixed it, and the next company told us it was beyond repair, which they should have told us to begin with.

We were very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and honesty of Dave Perryman. He diagnosed the problem and had our heat up and running in no time. The fees were fair and we are pleased with the result.
