Had a new high end ac installed. First they installed a smaller one than we were quoted. Then It was not set up properly. It will not keep our house below 77 on hot days. We were told there is a learning curve with the smart thermostat with the dehumidifier. When they inspectected it for this issue he said it was dirty. Called them again. The next guy said it had to do with pressures and he would have the I stall people call me to remedy it. Over a week and I called them and was told they would call me back. Nope not a word. I wouldn't recommend them at all at this point. Horrible company. Once they get the money they don't care.

Update: I don't know how you can make it a positive experience. It's been 4 months and the service guy just left again. And yall will probably be back again. Not a way to get a positive review or recommendations.

Left a message for some one to call me about replacement estimate for my insurance. Said someone one would call me back within 48 hours. A week later no one had called so I called back and was told it would be a $99 service call to ascertain what was needed. Seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Too bad they lost my business.

This business does only bare minimum. Beware, if you don't specify everything you need, they will do nothing and charge you for a service call even though they didn't perform the service. Their unit and install job. And since you don't know what service you need, you have to pay them to come out and assess, then the next call to fix the problem is extra.Then after your house is flooded from condensate, they do bare minimum. No service of unit. Just " probably ok now" and here is another bill. This business's policies are all wrong for the customer.

When we first decided to go with Airco, it was difficult to get a install appointment. After signing up, it's like the guy vanished. I was told within a day or two, they would call to give us a install date. Nothing! I had to call Airco to get the apt. I finally got the apt scheduled. When the day finally came I didn't get a call until after 2 to reschedule for the next day. I'm supposed to receive a call when they are ready to come and getting to close of business day and no call. Communication is poor and I'm wondering if they know how to do their job! I'm not happy. It's getting hot and we have children and need our AC unit. I have a pet peeves on communication. If you run a business, you must communicate with your clients.

Great experience with AirCo, great service. KC the service man was very nice and explained everything and discussed the price of what it would be before doing repair. I would highly recommend AirCo for any of your AC or heating needs. Also found out they now offer plumbing services. I will be calling them back for a plumbing issue on hydrant I have. I would rather use 1 company for everything that I can. Thank you KC & AirCo for you service.
