Airco Service

I contracted airco to replace my Ac and furnace. They put the Ac on the old slab that has a giant hole under it, didn’t fill the hole, feet are just holding it up on the edge of the hole. They have the condensation line running right on the edge of my house and didn’t redirect the water away from the house, I just had my floors replaced from the last AC. And they just left the foam and duct tape along the house without a cover - I’m sure that will hold up in Oklahoma weather well, but it’s an extra $400-$600 for that. Very unhappy. They also disconnected my old condensation line and just left it so now there an open pipe leading into my crawl space.

It never fails something always goes wrong for us on a weekend or in the evenings. They have never disappointed us. They show up and get us fixed quickly and for reasonable prices. Highly recommend. Don't think 5 stars is even close to enough for how great they have been!!

Edit: we had Airco come out last week and install new insulation. The guy stepped on a joist instead of a support beam, cracked it in two and almost fell through our ceiling leaving a big crack, lots of holes, and other damage. They sent someone out that didn’t do the repairs correctly and are failing to return my calls asking to speak to a manager, and have failed to send a new repairman out. You caused this damage and it needs to be repaired correctly. Make this right!

Tim & Darrian did an excellent job. They replaced our furnace and ac, moved everything up to the attic, and added all new duct work. They kept us informed daily of what they were doing, were fast, professional, very nice, knowledgeable, went above and beyond, and were incredibly helpful. Benji was also great; he came out several times and helped. He made sure everything went according to plan. These guys are trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone.

Cole was great as well!! He provided our quote, and made sure everything was set up and went smooth from the very beginning!

Alejandro was very pleasant, very respectful and extremely hard worker. My experience with him couldn’t not have been better. He showed up on time only took an hour for lunch. He was extremely respectful and they did not take a break at all while they were installing my heating and air, if I could clone him for all the workers in the world, I would. He is an extreme asset to your company! I enjoyed having them around and at no time that I ever felt uncomfortable around him he even taught me a few words in Spanish! I’m so glad I picked Airco for my heating and air . I feel he deserves a huge raise.

I was very impressed with how fast they returned my inquiry. They called to let me know who was coming out and how long it would be before they got there. Jay, the man who did the appraisal, was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and walked me through everything. The technicians who installed the water heater were equally nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They did quick and excellent work, and set everything up for the inspector to come out next week. Everyone I spoke to with the entire company, which I think was 5 people, was friendly and professional. I will definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Lloyd was extremely helpful & friendly. He was here quicker than expected & knew what to do to remedy the issue immediately. He checked each item he was concerned with until everything was fixed. Definitely an a+ recommendation!

Edgar with Airco was wonderful. He worked so hard to diagnose the problem with our AC. He was friendly and respectful. He didn’t give up and thanks to that hard work we went into the weekend with cool air! Great job!!!

Be careful. Their scheduling system is horrible. They could not install I comfort thermostat for my Lennox system and as a matter of fact they fried two S30 thermostat due to poor wiring before they installed an old fashion thermostat for my variable stage furnace/AC that typically requires a smart thermostat. Today they cancelled my routine service without notifying me despite taking time off of work to be home. No one wants to take the responsibility for this cancellation.

Outstanding service, our technician was extremely knowledgeable about our system and the service we needed. He performed his job with friendly, professional precision. I trust this company completely with all my heat and air needs. The technician was very friendly and did him job with outstanding performance. Very satisfied and recommend Airco as your go to service company.

We're first time clients using Airco Service. Lloyd Herron came out on the 4th of July and was very professional. We really appreciate your services and he did a great job very friendly and we pray that more people come call ur company Airco.
