Airco Service

I am only reviewing to let people know that I called Martin's to repair my HVAC and the lady on the phone told me an $80 service will be charged to send a technician with a fully stocked truck to go through my entire system and diagnose the problem. She then said any repairs that are needed would be discussed with me so I would know how much extra I would need to pay on top of the service charge. Our system did need a few repairs consisting of adding a drip vent, changing a fuse, and setting up an app. All of this was just done so I didn’t think I’d get charged for it since nothing was discussed with me… however when he packed up my total was suddenly $187… so if you use Martin’s just be aware of the small communication issue that can upset customers when they open their wallet.

With the heat index well over 100, my AC went out at 4:30 on Sunday afternoon. Martin's on-call representative was terrific but honest that they were many emergencies and might not be here until the next day. Not surprising.

Less than an hour later Mr. Martin was at my door. Because his team was so covered and a tech wouldn't be able to respond, he came by to see what he could do. He checked the system, had to go to his shop to get repair material and then was able to get us back in service soon after returning!

We are no more than an average customer. I believe their response to us is how they respond to all of their customers. Mr. and Mrs. Martin have a fine company and a polite, professional team. I am extremely grateful to Mr. Martin for caring about my situation and personally getting involved; I appreciate and respect all of them very much!

Thank you Martins for having Matthew out to our home to repair or heating system. He is an excellent man and technician! The only draw back is his height he might break a celling fan as he walks through your home lol. He had us up and running in no time, explained everything in exceptional detail with a professional and friendly maner. How refreshing to meet such a quality individual. Not only that but the office staff and everyone else we have had in our home has been excellent. We will choose no other company! Well Done Martins and tell Colton hi we loved him 2

This company is amazing, their customer service is above and beyond. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, and will help in anyway possible. This company is one of those that not only cares about the bottom line and making sure they get paid but they genuinely care about their customers. I manage a 54 unit complex and we had one unit scheduled but needed another one looked at and although they had a very busy day they came and FIXED both units for us for a very reasonable price. This is an A+ Company and the employees and owners are the absolute best. Thank You so much for all your hard work Martin's!!

Matthew Smith with Martins saved the day he was so professional and informed me of everything that was going on. I’ve had prior experiences where I felt left in the dark. Not only that i felt like he actually cared about what he was doing. A+++ he even helped us understand he got importance of maintenance on the system and helped us become maintenance members. I had a new hvac system installed with some duct repair. From meeting Alex to the crew that came to my house to do the work all the guys were pros. They all worked thru lunch and then cleaned up after themselves. The heat is working flawlessly. I highly recommend this company. And they had the lowest price out of four estimates that I got. We replaced our outdated system with Martin's Heating and Air. We chose Martin's heating and Air due to the professionalism and willing to go the extra mile of the sales staff. On the day of the install I was pleasantly surprised as the installers continued that going the extra mile attitude as they installed the new system. They fixed a few issues with the ducting and didn't charge extra, and fixed some other issues that I didn't know I had and didn't charge any extra. They have even been helpful after the sale with questions that I had. I would highly recommend Martin's Heating and Air to anyone needing HVAC service.
